Abstract

Didalam sebuah proyek, ketepatan waktu dalam proses produksi adalah salah satu faktor penentu yang memberikan kontribusi atas berhasil tidaknya suatu proyek. Tetapi tidak dipungkiri bahwa dalam pelaksanaannnya terjadi keterlambatan pada beberapa bagian pengerjaan proses produksi, khususnya proses produksi pada block fore boulbous bow yang memiliki kelengkungan paling ekstrim diantara block lain pada kapal. Menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis didapatkan tiga faktor utama yang menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan pada proses produksi, diantaranya adalah proses fabrikasi terlambat (8.2%), proses sub-assembly terlambat (31.9%), dan proses assembly terlambat (16.7%). Melalui Event Tree Analysis didapatkan konsekuensi yang dapat terjadi adalah Proyek Terlambat Namun Dapat Dinormalisasikan dengan Baik dan Cepat (43%). Proyek Terlambat Namun Dapat Dinormalisasi Walaupun Lambat (14%). Proyek Terlambat Dengan Proses Normalisasi Sangat Buruk dan Lambat (15%). Proyek Terbengkalai dan Tidak Ada Proses Yang Signifikan (17%). Proyek Tidak Berlanjut (11%). Sedangkan menggunakan Bow Tie Analysis didapatkan tindakan pencegah dan tindakan mitigasi yang tepat untuk mengatasi keterlambatan proses produksi pada fore boulbous bow Kapal Tanker MT. Pangkalan Brandan. ====================================================================================================================
In a project, timeliness in finishing the project is one of the success parameter. But it is undenyable that there are delays on some part of production process, especially on fore boulbous bow block which have the extremest curve on the ship part. By using Fault Tree Analysis it is showed that there are three main factors causing delays on production process. They are fabrication process delays (8.2%), sub-assembly process delays (31.9%), and assembly process delays (16.7%). By using Event Tree Analysis it is showed that therea five consequences. They are the project is delayed but may be normalized well (43%), the project is delayed and be normalized slowly (14%), the project is delayed with poor and slow normalization (15%), the project is abandoned with no significant progress (17%), the project is failed (11%). And by using Bow Tie Analysis, effective preventive controls and recovery controls could be determined to solve the delays of fore boulbous bow production process from MT. Pangkalan Brandan Tanker Ship.
