Abstract

Grafena oksida tereduksi terdoping Cl (rGO-Cl) disintesis dari tempurung kelapa tua menggunakan metode eksfoliasi kimia menggunakan larutan H2SO4. Sintesis diawali dengan membakar tempurung kelapa tua menjadi arang, kemudian digerus halus dan akhirnya dipanaskan pada suhu 400 0C selama 3 jam. Serbuk yang dihasilkan dicampurkan dengan larutan H2SO4 dan NaClO dengan perbandingan komposisi mol 1:1:0; 1:1:0,05; 1:1:0,1; dan 1:1:0,2;, disonikasi selama 10 jam, disentrifugugasi pada 3500 rpm selama 30 menit, dan dikeringkan. Karakterisasi pada sifat kelistrikan menunjukkan bahwa doping Cl telah meningkatkan konduktivitas listrik dan kapasitansi spesifik rGO, dengan rentang sekitar 0,51 – 3,25 S/cm dan 2,64 – 5,70 F/g. ========================================================================================================= The Cl-doped reduced graphene oxide (rGO-Cl) has been synthesized from old coconut shells using chemical exfoliation method using H2SO4. Synthesis was started with burning the old coconut shells into charcoal , then ground, and finally heated at 400˚C for 3 hours. The powder produced was mixed with H2SO4 dan NaClO solution with molar composition of 1:1:0, 1:1:0.05, 1:1:0.1, and 1:1:0.2, being sonicated for 10 hours, centrifuged at 3500 rpm for 30 minute, and dried. Characterisations over electrical properties show that the Cl doping has enhanced the electrical conductivity and specific capacitance of rGO, in the range of 0.51 - 3.25 S/cm and 2.64 - 5.70 F/g, respectively.
