Abstract

Pesawat Airbus A320 Citilink banyak mengalami delay dan pilot report sepanjang tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2017 yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kegagalan pada sistem pengereman normal (normal braking system). Sistem pengereman normal (normal braking system) memiliki beberapa komponen yang digunakan untuk mengurangi kecepatan pesawat saat landing dan parkir. Pada sistem pengereman normal (normal braking system) dibutuhhkan evaluasi nilai keandalan yang berkaitan dengan frekuensi waktu kegagalan atau kerusakan komponen. Komponen-komponen yang dievaluasi adalah pressure transducer, BTMU, tachometer, BSCU, dan brake assy. Komponen yang memiliki jadwal perawatan efektif terbesar adalah BSCU dengan 5200 jam operasi dan terkecil adalah brake assy dengan 1000 jam operasi dengan nilai reliability 0,7. Nilai keandalan sistem secara keseluruhan pada waktu operasional 600 jam adalah 0,99. Untuk kegiatan perawatan yang optimal pada komponen penyusun normal braking system yang sesuai dengan RCM Decision Worksheet scheduled on condition task, scheduled restoration task, dan scheduled discard task. ================================================================================================================= Airbus A320 Citilink aircraft suffered a lot of delay and pilot report throughout 2012 until 2017 which mostly caused by failure of normal braking system (normal braking system). The normal braking system has several components that are used to reduce the speed of the aircraft during landing and parking. In normal braking systems (normal braking systems) it is necessary to evaluate the reliability value associated with the frequency of failure time or component damage. The components evaluated were pre ssure transducer, BTMU, tachometer, BSCU, and brake assy. The component that has the largest effective maintenance schedule is BSCU with 5200 hours of operation and the smallest is a brake assy with 1000 hours of operation with a reliability value of 0.7. The overall system reliability value at 600 hours of operational time is 0.99. For optimal maintenance activities on the constituent components of the normal braking system in accordance with RCM Decision Worksheet scheduled on task task, scheduled restora tion task, and scheduled discard task
