Abstract

PT. Siantar Top, Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan makanan ringan terbesar di Indonesia. Terdapat ribuan jenis produk yang diproduksi oleh PT. Siantar Top, Tbk. Salah satunya yaitu Go! Riorio yang berbentuk biskuit sandwich dengan krim vanila ditengahnya. Biskuit Go! Riorio melalui beberapa tahapan produksi. Beberapa diantaranya yaitu tahap moulding, rotary cutter dan oven. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah masih ditemukannya produk-produk yang tidak memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan PT. Siantar Top, Tbk. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengendalian kualitas statistika dengan menggunakan peta kendali multivariat. Peta kendali yang sesuai yaitu peta kendali multivariate exponential weighted moving variance (MEWMV) dan multivariate exponential weighted moving average (MEWMA). Peta kendali multivariate exponential weighted moving variance (MEWMV) digunakan untuk monitoring variabilitas proses sedangkan peta kendali multivariate exponential weighted moving average (MEWMA) digunakan untuk monitoring mean proses. Monitoring proses dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembobotan sebesar 0,1 sampai 0,9 dengan selisih 0,1. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat dilihat bahwa proses produksi biskuit Go! Riorio belum terkendali secara statistik karena masih ditemukannya observasi-observasi yang melewati batas kendali. Berdasarkan nilai indeks performance proses didapatkan nilai indeks lebih dari 1 sehingga dapat disimpulkaan proses produksi biskuit Go! Riorio telah berjalan dengan baik. ============================================================ PT. Siantar Top, Tbk is one of the largest snacks company in Indonesia. There are thousands types of products manufactured by PT. Siantar Top, Tbk. One of them is Go! Riorio which is a biscuit sandwich with vanilla cream in the middle. Go! Riorio biscuit going through several stages of production. Some of the stages are moulding, rotary cutter and oven. The Problem is they still found many products that do not meet the quality standards set by PT. Siantar Top, Tbk. Therefore, statistical quality control by using multivariate control charts is required. The appropriate control charts are multivariate exponential weighted moving variance (MEWMV) and multivariate exponential weighted moving average (MEWMA). The multivariate exponential weighted moving variance (MEWMV) control chart is used for monitoring process variability while the multivariate exponential weighted moving average (MEWMA) control chart is used for monitoring process mean. Process monitoring was performed using a weighting of 0.1 to 0.9 with 0.1 difference. The result show that the process of Go! Riorio biscuit production is not statistically controlled because there are still observations that cross the control limits. The index performance value of the process obtained is bigger than 1, it concluded that the process of Go! Riorio biscuit production has gone well.
