Abstract

Reliability Centred Maintenancemerupakan metode yang banyak digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan tugas preventive maintenance untuk peralatan dinamis. Metodologi ini pertama kali digunakan di industri pesawat terbang pada tahun 1980an untuk mencapai safety dan reliabilty dari pengoperasian dalam cost-efficient dan cost-effective, kemudian digunakan di industri-industri lainnya termasuk pembangkit tenaga nuklir, dan offshore oil and gas industry. Penelitian mengenai optimisasi maintenance cost pada RCM berdasarkan failure ratesangatlah jarang, sehingga diperlukan penelitian mengenai efek failure ratepada optimisasi maintenance cost pada RCM. Penelitian mengenai optimisasi maintenance cost pada RCM berdasarkan failure rate dilakukan dengan Genetic Algorithm. Optimisasi dilakukan dengan mencari nilai failure raye yang paling optimum dimana ketika nilai failure rateyang optimum didapatkan, maka nilai time intervalpaling optimum dapat ditemukan sehingga nilai maintenance costpaling rendah bisadidapatkan. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah mendapatkan nilai maintenance costterendah. Solusi terbaik yang didapatkan adalah dengan menggunakan failure ratedan time interval aktual sebagai batasan dimana nilai failure reate yang dioptimisasi harus lebih rendah dari failure rate aktual sehingga nilai time interval menjadi lebih besar dari nilai time intervalaktual.Dengan menggunakan failure ratedan time ======================================================================================================================== Reliability Centred Maintenanc) is a widely used method to optimize preventive maintenance tasks for dynamic equipment. This methodology was first used in the aircraft industry in the 1980s to achieve safety and reliability from cost-effective and cost-effective operations, then used in other industries including nuclear power plants, and offshore oil and gas industry. Research on maintenance cost optimization on RCM based on failure rate is very rare, so it is necessary to study the effect of failure rate on maintenance cost optimization at RCM. Research on maintenance cost optimization on RCM based on failure rate is done with Genetic Algorithm. Optimization is done by finding the most optimum failure raye value where when the optimum failure rate is obtained, the most optimum time interval value can be found so that the lowest maintenance cost can be obtained. The purpose of this final task is to get the lowest maintenance cost value. The best solution is to use the actual failure rate and time interval as the limit where the optimized failure reate value should be lower than the actual failure rate so that the time interval value becomes greater than the actual time interval value. By using the failure rate and time interval that has been optimized, maintenance at reliability 0.95 can be spared as much as 1819 USD during the year on flash gas compression system. The most optimum failure rate and time interval after optimization is 0,52 × ?10?^(-6)/hr and 94940 hours.
