Abstract

Kegiatan antropogenik di ekosistem padang lamun dapat mempengaruhi kompleksitas habitat yang berdampak pada struktur komunitas organisme asosiasi, termasuk ikan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membandingkan kekayaan jenis dan kelimpahan ikan serta tingkat keanekaragaman komunitas ikan yang berhabitat di padang lamun Pantai Bama dan Kajang, Taman Nasional Baluran terkait dengan aktivitas ekowisata di kedua pantai tersebut. Pengamatan lapangan dilakukan pada periode Juni 2017. Pada akhir penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam hal kelimpahan dan kekayaan jenis ikan antara kedua lokasi; dimana kelimpahan rata-rata ikan di padang lamun Pantai Bama adalah 145,6±25,66 individu/500m2 sedangkan di Kajang adalah 353±94,527 individu/500m2. Rata-rata jumlah jenis ikan di Pantai Bama adalah 20±3,94 jenis dan di Pantai Kajang adalah 47,2±5,81 jenis. Hilai indeks diversitas Shannon-Wiener (H’) komunitas ikan di Pantai Bama berkisar antara 2,055 hingga 2,441 sehingga termasuk dalam kategori keanekaragaman ‘Sedang’. Untuk lokasi Kajang, nilai H’ bervariasi antara 3,20 hingga 3,50 atau termasuk dalam kategori keanekaragaman ‘Tinggi’. Nilai H’ berbanding lurus dengan nilai J atau indeks kemerataan jenis Pielou dimana nilai J di Pantai Bama berkisar antara 0,714 sampai 0,845 sedangkan untuk Pantai Kajang sebesar 0,847 hingga 0,909.

Anthropogenic activities in seagrass ecosystem can affect the complexity of habitats that bring impact on the structures of organisms of associated organisms, including fish. The aim of this study is to compare species richness and abundance of fish as well as the level of diversity of fish communities that have habitat in the seagrass beds of Bama and Kajang beaches, Baluran National Park is engaged to ecotourism activities on both beaches. Field observations were conducted in June 2017. At the end of the study it was found that there were significant differences in the abundance and richness of fish species between the two sites; where the average abundance of fish in Seagrass Bama Beach is 145.6 ± 25.66 individuals / 500m2 while in Kajang is 353 ± 94,527 individuals / 500m2. The average number of fish species in Bama Beach is 20 ± 3.94 species and in Kajang Beach is 47.2 ± 5.81 species. The result of the Shannon-Wiener (H ') diversity index of the fish communities in Bama Beach ranges from 2.055 to 2.441, thus falling into the' Medium 'diversity category. For Kajang locations, H 'valuesvary between 3.20 to 3.50 or belong to the' High 'diversity category. The value of H 'is directly proportional to the J value or the Pielou's evenness index where the J value at Bama Beach ranges from 0.714 to 0.845 while for Kajang Beach is 0.847 to 0.909.
