Abstract

Bakso adalah makanan khas Indonesia yang hingga saat ini tetap populer di kalangan masyarakat. Bahkan permintaan produksi bakso kian hari kian terus bertambah. Oleh karena itu prouksi bakso yang dilakukan secara manual kurang bisa mencukupi permintaan pasar. Pengendalian temperature pada plant finishing pencetak bakso ini menggunakan sensor suhu LM35. Dimana ouput sensor akan diterima oleh ADC dari mikrokontroler ATMega 8535 sebagai kontroler dan kemudian dilanjutkan ke aktuator untuk mengeksekusi perintah. Heater sebagai aktuator yang akan memanaskan air yang ada di dalam plant finishing ketika bakso sudah berada pada proses finishing. Sensor LM35 adalah sensor suhu yang tidak memerlukan penguat rangkaian. Jadi sensor ini langsung dapat dihubungkan dengan mekanik dari obyek yang akan diukur suhunya. Range yang digunakan adalah dari suhu 30°C hingga 80°C.

Meatballs is a typical of Indonesian food, which until today remains popular among the people. Even meatball production demand increasingly growing. Therefore production of meatballs are done manually less able to meet the market demand. Temperature controlling of the meatballs’s finishing plant printer is using LM35 temperature sensor. Where the sensor output will be received by the ADC of microcontroller ATMega 8535 as controller and then proceed to the actuator to execute commands as actuator. Heater will heat the water in the finishing plant when the meatballs have been in the process of finishing. LM35 is a temperature’s sensor that does not require the amplifier circuit. So this sensor can be connected directly to the mechanics of the object to be measured temperature. The range was used from 30 ° C to 80 ° C.
