Abstract

Di Indonesia listrik diproduksi dengan bahan bakar fosil. Hal
tersebut mengakibatkan Indonesia masih berkontribusi besar
dalam menyumbang emisi karbondioksida di dunia. Melihat hal
tersebut maka pada tugas akhir ini dirancang suatu mini plant
Stirling Engine atau mesin stirling. Mesin ini memanfaatkan
sistem control ON – OFF, dengan sensor yang digunakan adalah
termokopel tipe K. Pada sistem ini, apabila data yang dikirimkan
oleh sensor lebih dari set point (275°C) maka mikrokontroler
memerintahkan motor untuk mengurangi nyala dari api burner.
Namun, jika data kurang dari set point (275°C) maka
mikrokontroler memerintahkan motor untuk membuka valve.
Nilai suhu yang dihasilkan ditampilkan pada LCD. Berdasarkan
pengujian ini didapat hasil minimum 0.13mV dengan suhu30°C.
Hasil maksimum 2.97 mV dengan suhu 100°C . Sedangkan hasil
pengujian dengan input process variable (PV) dapat diketahui
sinyal error sebesar 0.27. Semakin tinggi nilai error maka MV
akan semakin besar juga (linier).

designed some mini plant stirling engine or stirling engine. The
machine was a control system on - off, the sensors that are used
