Abstract

Power quality merupakan persoalan perubahan bentuk tegangan, arus atau frekuensi
yang bisa menyebabkan kegagalan peralatan, baik peralatan milik PLN maupun milik
konsumen. Permasalahan power quality meliputi transient, short-duration variation, long
duration variation, voltage unbalance, waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation, power
frequency variation dan loss voltage . Loss voltage dipengaruhi resistansi penghantar
nilainya sebanding dengan jarak sumber tegangan jaringan distribusi listrik ke beban.
Pemetaan jaringan distribusi, central sub station, sub station menggunakan datum
referensi WGS’84 dan proyeksi UTM dilengkapi data base kelistrikan yang dioverlay
pada peta ‘SITUASI ITS’ merupakan peta yang telah terkoreksi menggunakan Sistem
Informasi Geografis ( SIG ) dengan metode buffering dapat memberikan informasi jarak
antar point sumber tegangan dan beban listrik pada peta sehingga dapat dihitung loss
voltage pada jaringan distribusi. Kapasitas daya trafo pada masing-masing Sub Station
dan penampang penghantar jaringan distribusi serta arus nominal merupakan faktor
perhitungan dalam analisa loss voltage jaringan distribusi listrik.
Dari hasil pengolahan data jaringan distribusi listrik di kampus ITS Surabaya yang
merupakan interkoneksi 3 penyulang, 2 Central Sub Station dan 10 Sub Station, dengan
posisi gardu seperti data biro sarana ITS memiliki loss voltage kurang dari 5% meliputi
semua wilayah bangunan kampus sebagai beban listrik kecuali politeknik dan perumahan
dosen. Pada area politeknik perlu adanya gardu sub station dan area perumahan dosen
suplay berasal dari gardu trafo tiang. Pada analisa perhitungan jaringan distribusi
maksimal 320 meter dengan loss voltage 5,01%.

A power quality is a matter of changes in the form of voltage, current or frequency
that could cause equipment failure, PLN and consumer’s equipment. Power quality
problems include transient, short-duration variation, variation of long duration, voltage
unbalance, waveform distortion, voltage fluctuation, power frequency variation and loss
voltage . Loss of voltage influenced conductor resistance value is proportional to the
distance of the source voltage electricity distribution network to load.
Mapping the distribution network, the central sub-station, sub-station using the
reference datum WGS'84 and projection UTM equipped dioverlay electrical data base on
the map 'SITUASI ITS' is a map that has been corrected using Geographic Information
System (GIS) with buffering method can provide distance information point between the
voltage source and the electrical load on the map so that it can be calculated loss of
voltage on the distribution network. Capacity power transformer on each Sub Station and
conductor cross-section distribution network as well as the nominal current is a factor in
the calculation of analysis loss voltage electricity distribution network.
From the data processing power distribution network on campus ITS which is the
interconnection 3 feeders, 2 Central Sub Station and 10 Sub Station, the position of the
Sub Station as a means of ITS data has a loss of voltage is less than 5% covering all areas
of campus buildings as electrical load unless politeknik and dosen residential. In the area
of politeknik need for substation sub station and residential area lecturers supply comes
from the substation transformer pole. In the analysis of the calculation of the distribution
network of 320 meters with a maximum of 5.01% of voltage loss
