Abstract
PT. Nindya Karya Divisi IV adalah perusahaan milik negara yang bergerak
dalam bidang konstruksi. Perusahaan ini melakukan pekerjaan di wilayah Jawa
Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali dan Nusa Tenggara. Jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan
meliputi pengerjaan proyek bangunan, proyek EPC (Engineering, Procurement and
Contruction) dan proyek infrastruktur. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan
adalah bagaimana mengetahui kinerja perusahaan saat ini serta tindakan apakah yang
perlu dilakukan guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan saat ini serta untuk menemukan solusi yang
tepat guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.
Dalam pengukuran Balance Scorecard kinerja perusahaan diukur dari empat
perspektif yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan juga perspektif
pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan. Metode ANP digunakan untuk pembobotan kriteria.
Solusi dari penerapan metode ANP hanya dapat digunakan jika jumlah kriteria dan
alternatif terbatas. TOPSIS digunakan untuk perankingan kriteria. Pendekatan
TOPSIS dilakukan untuk mengatur proses perankingan. Metode TOPSIS juga dapat
digunakan untuk menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kinerja
perusahaan.
Pengolahan data menggunakan metode ANP menyatakan bahwa perspektif
tertinggi dalam pengukuran kinerja adalah financial (0,71725) sedangkan KPI dengan
bobot tertinggi didapat dari ROI (0,32081). Namun dari pengolahan data TOPSIS,
nilai preferensi tertinggi dimiliki oleh KPI market share (1,015).
Hasil pengukuran kinerja perusahaan menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan dalam
keadaan baik. Namun tetap memerlukan perbaikan di beberapa KPI karena dari 15
KPI yang telah ditentukan ada 4 KPI yang tidak memenuhi target perusahaan.

PT. Nindya Karya IV Division is a state-owned construction company. Its
areas of work are Central Java, East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara. The type of works
undertaken includes building, EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and
infrastructure projects. The problem faced by the company is to determine the current
performance of the company as well as the action that needs to be done to improve
the performance. This study aims to determine the firm's current performance and to
find an appropriate solution to improve the performance of the company.
In the Balanced Scorecard, the company’s performance is measured using
four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and
growth perspective. ANP method is used for criteria weighting. The solutions from
the ANP method can only be applied when the number of criteria and alternatives are
limited. TOPSIS is used to rank the criteria. TOPSIS approach is implemented to
arrange the ranking process.
Data processing using ANP method states that perspective is the highest in the
measurement of financial performance (0.71725) while the KPI with the highest
weight obtained from ROI (0.32081). However, from the data processing TOPSIS,
the highest preference value is owned by KPI's market share (1.015).
The results of performance measurement company shows the company's
performance in good condition. But still need improvement in some KPI because of
the 15 predefined KPIs there are 4 KPI that do not meet its targets.
