Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang berkaitan dengan pembangkitan
menggunakan energi alternatif kini menjadi topik utama sebagai sumber
energi yang digunakan pada sistem pembangkitan tersebar. Sejalan
dengan perkembangan teknologi tentang energi terbarukan dan
pembangkitan tersebar diperlukan pengembangan teknologi pendukung
berupa Power Conditioning System (PCS). PCS mampu mengubah input
dari sumber energi terbarukan yang berupa tegangan DC menjadi AC
yang lebih tinggi. Pada tugas akhir ini, PCS yang digunakan adalah
Single Stage Boost Inverter(SSBI). Single-Stage Boost Inverter
berfungsi mengubah tegangan input yang berupa tegangan DC menjadi
tegangan AC. Topologi dari sistem loop terbuka yang digunakan lebih
sederhana dibandingkan dengan topologi inverter konvensional.
Topologi inverter dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan rangkaian
elektronika campuran analog dan digital sebagai pembangkit sinyal
pensaklaran. Hasil pengujian inverter ini diperoleh tegangan output
sinusoidal sebesar 20VRMS dan arus 0.9A dan mempunyai efisiensi
sebesar 77.26%

The advancing of technology related to the alternative energy
generation has become a major topic as an energy resources used in
distributed generation system. As the development of renewable energy
harvesting technology and distributed generation system goes on, the
supporting technologies to support them is needed like Power
Conditioning System (PCS) . PCS is able to change DC voltage input
from renewable energy into AC output.
In this Final Project , PCS used is Single Stage Boost Inverter.
Single Stage Boost Inverter is able to convert DC input voltage to higher
AC voltage. The use of open loop system in the inverter topology make
it has simpler design than convensional one. Analog and digital electric
circuits is used in Single Stage Boost Inverter SPWM gating control
system. The experiments result 20 root mean square sinusoidal AC
output voltage dan 0.9 of root mean square sinusoidal AC output
current. Single Stage Boost Inverter has 77.26% efficiency while
