Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era digital ini menyebabkan persaingan bisnis antar perusahaan menjadi kompetitif. Arinz Fashion Design adalah sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang industri garment. Proses bisnis yang berjalan pada Arinz Fashion Design belum terintegrasi dan masih menggunakan pelaporan dan pencatatan manual.
Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan otomasi dan integrasi proses bisnis menggunakan sistem ERP. Sistem ERP yang di terapkan pada Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan software berbasis open source yaitu Odoo dengan versi 10.0. Proyek implementasi ini disusun dengan metode Action Design Research. Penggunaan metode ini dirasa sesuai untuk menerapkan ERP di tingkat UMKM. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada metodologinya terdapat fase Build, Intervention, Evaluation dan Refelection yang dapat menggambarkan kebutuhan dari client.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan blueprint dan software Odoo yang telah di konfigurasi serta refleksi dari pengimplementasian ERP menggunakan metode Action Design Researh. ================ The development of information technology in this digital era has led to business competition between companies to be competitive. Arinz Fashion Design is a small and medium micro enterprise (UMKM) engaged in the garment industry. Business processes running on Arinz Fashion Design are still not integrated and still use manual reporting and recording.
Therefore, it takes the automation and integration of business processes using the ERP system. ERP system that is applied in this Final Project is an open source based software that is Odoo with version 10.0. The implementation project is compiled using the Action Design Research method. The use of this method is considered appropriate for use in implementing ERP at the UMKM level. This is because the methodology there is a phase Build, Intervention, Evaluation and Reflection that can describe the needs of the client.
This research produces blueprint and the configuring Odoo software, as well as a reflection of ERP implementation using Action Design Research method.
