Abstract

Industri migas merupakan satu industri yang memiliki resiko yang tinggi (high risk), penggunaan teknologi canggih (high technology), dan sumber daya yang terlatih serta besarnya capital yang diperlukan (high capital). Sistem Amine Contactor adalah salah satu dari peralatan di dalam industri pengolahan migas yang berfungsi sebagai unit yang mereaksikan lean amine (MDEA) dengan gas proses. Sistem Amine Contactor terdiri dari dari 2 buah pressure vessel dan 4 buah pipa yaitu pressure vessel Amine Contactor 135-V-06, Pipa Inlet Gas Proses (14”-PG-35001-B06D), Pipa Outlet Gas Proses (14”-PG-35006-B06D), Pipa Inlet Amine (6”-PA-3510-B06B) dan Pipa Outlet Amine (6”-PA-35011-N06B). Sistem Amine Contactor memiliki tekanan dan dan fluida mengalir di dalamnya yaitu gas hidrokarbon, H2S dan CO2 yang menyebabkan alat ini dapat mengakibatkan bahaya pada keselamatan, antara lain ledakan, kebakaran, dan pencemaran lingkungan. Risk Based Inspection (RBI) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) digunakan sebagai metode untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko sebuah peralatan sehingga didapatkan penjadwalan dan metode inspeksi yang efisien. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan menggunakan RBI didapatkan Amine Contactor System memiliki peralatan dengan kategori resiko Medium 1 buah yaitu Pipa Inlet Amine dan 5 buah peralatan dengan kategori resiko Medium-High yaitu Amine Contactor Top Shell, Amine Contactor Bottom Shell, Pipa Inlet Gas Proses, Pipa Outlet Gas Proses dan Pipa Outlet Amine. Berdasarkan hasil dan analisa menggunakan FMEA didapatkan mode kegagalan sistem Amine Contactor yang memiliki resiko paling besar yaitu Trays Failure dengan nilai RPN sebesar 72. Metode inspeksi yang tepat untuk sistem Amine Contactor adalah Ultrasonic Thickness Testing dengan interval 1 buah peralatan U.T setiap 30 bulan dengan luas area inspeksi parsial yaitu Pipa Inlet Amine, 1 buah peralatan U.T setiap 30 bulan dengan luas area inspeksi penuh yaitu Pipa Outlet Amine dan 4 buah peralatan dengan jadwal inspeksi setiap 24 bulan dengan luas area penuh yaitu Amine Contactor Top Shell, Amine Contactor Bottom Shell, Pipa Inlet Gas Proses dan Pipa Outlet Gas Proses.

Oil and Gas Industry is an industry that has high risk, high technology, trained resources and high capital. Amine Contactor System is one of the equipment in the oil and gas processing industry that functions as a reacting unit of lean amine (MDEA) with a gas process. Amine Contactor System consists of 1 pressure vessel and 4 pipes ie pressure vessel Amine Contactor 135-V-06, Gas Process Inlet Pipe (14"-PG-35001-B06D), Gas Process Outlet Pipe (14" -PG- 35006-B06D), Amine Inlet Pipe (6 "-PA-3510-B06B) and Amine Outlet Pipe (6" -PA-35011-N06B). The Amine Contactor System has pressures and fluids flowing in them like hydrocarbon gases, H2S and CO2 causing this device to cause hazards to safety, including explosions, fires, and environmental pollution. Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) are used as a method to determine the risk level of an equipment to obtain efficient scheduling and inspection methods. From the results of analysis and calculation using RBI obtained Amine Contactor System has a part with the risk of Medium Level 1 piece is Amine Inlet Pipe and Level Medium-High 5 pieces Amine Contactor Top Shell, Amine Contactor Bottom Shell, Gas Process Inlet Pipe, Gas Process Pipe Outlet Pipe and Amine Outlet Pipe. Based on the results and analysis using FMEA it is obtained that Amine Contactor System failure mode has the greatest risk is Trays Failure with RPN value of 72. The inspection method for Amine Contactor System is Ultrasonic Thickness Testing with 1 pieces of UT with interval every 30 months with the area of inspection partial is Amine Inlet Pipe, 1 pieces of UT with interval every 30 months with the area of inspection full is Amine Outlet Pipe and 4 pieces of equipment with interval every 24 months inspection schedule with full area is Amine Contactor Top Shell, Amine Contactor Bottom Shell, Gas Process Inlet Pipe and Gas Process Outlet Pipe.
