Abstract

Surabaya memiliki program untuk menuju kota cerdas dengan masuk ke dimensi baru yaitu Angkutan Masal Cepat (AMC) yang modern dan berkesinambungan. AMC Surabaya akan mendukung dimensi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk dapat memungkinkan melakukan pemindahan informasi secara real-time menegenai posisi armada dan manajemen pendapatan yang berpusat pada sistem kartu.
AMC Surabaya berkiblatkan Intelligent Transport System yang dalam hal ini masuk dalam kategori Advanced Public Transportation Sytem(APTS) dimungkinkan untukdapat melakukan Electronic Fare Payment. Dalam pembayaran elektronik ini salah satu hal yang perlu dikembangkan adalah mengenai top-up sistem pada kartu penumpang. Desain mengenai sistem kerja dari top-up saldo akan dimulai dari metode apa saja yang dapat dipakai, sistem pembayaran, aplikasi yang dapat menunjang sistem top-up saldo kartu, hingga perangkat server yang digunakan.
Pada tahap pengujian dibagi menjadi empat pengujian. Pada pengujian sistem aplikasi menggunakan Borland Delphi 6 dan website AMC telah dapat berfungsi sesuai rancangan. Pengujian jaringan mengambil data throughput dan delay dengan throughput terbesar bernilai 6096,76 bits/s dan delay terendah sebesar 116,96 ms. Semua nilai delay yang didapat juga diatas 150 ms sesuai dengan standar ITU-T recommendation Y1541 dimana nilai delay <150 ms berada pada kondisi yang excellent. Terakhir pengujian server didapatkan dengan user antar 500-4000 server masih dapat bekerja dengan performa yang baik. ================== Surabaya has a program to get to the smart city by entering into a new dimension of Modern Mass Transportation (AMC) which is modern and sustainable. AMC Surabaya will support the dimension of information and communication technology to enable real-time information transfer of fleet position and revenue management centered on the card system.
AMC Surabaya affiliated Intelligent Transport System which in this case included in the category of Advanced Public Transportation Sytem (APTS) is possible to do Electronic Fare Payment. In this electronic payment one of the things that need to be developed is about top-up system on the passenger card. The design of the top-up balance system will be started from what methods can be used, payment systems, applications that can support the card's top-up balance system, to the server device used.
The testing phase is divided into four tests. In testing the application system using Borland Delphi 6 and AMC website has been able to function according to the design. Network testing takes data throughput and delay with the largest throughput of 6096.76 bits / s and the lowest delay of 116.96 ms. All delay values are also above 150 ms according to ITU-T recommendation standard Y1541 where the delay value <150 ms is in excellent condition. Last test server got with user between 500-4000 server still can work with good performance.
