Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia Malang merupakan kantor pos pusat Malang yang bertugas untuk mengurus segala bentuk kiriman paket dan dokumen serta layanan yang disediakannya. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi menjadi salah satu pendukung keberhasilan proses bisnis, namun dalam proses pengembangan yang dilaksanakan masih belum mengikuti aturan sebuah Enterprise Architecture (EA). Metode EA merupakan metode yang dibangun agar arsitektur informasi perusahaan berfokus pada arsitektur data, aplikasi, dan teknologi. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) menyediakan metode dan alat untuk membangun, mengelola dan melaksanakan aristektur perusahaan serta elemen maintenance. Architecture Development Method (ADM) merupakan motode pengembangan arsitektur yang disediakan oleh TOGAF untuk mendefinisikan kebutuhan bisnis dan membangun arsitektur tertetntu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Tahapan dalam ADM adalah kerangka awal dan prinsip, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solution, migration planning, implementation governance, and architecture change management. Hasil dari penelitian adalah cetak biru (blueprint) dari aristektur bisnis dan aristektur sistem informasi

Pos Indonesia Malang Inc. is the central postal office of Malang which is in charge of handling all forms of shipment for packages and documents, along with the services they provide. The utilization of information system becomes a supporting factor of a successful business process however, the development process that is done is not yet following the rules of an Enterprise Architecture (EA). The EA method is a method that is built so the information architecture of a company focuses on data architecture, application, and technology. The Open Group Architecture Framework. (TOGAF) provides methods and tools to build, manage and implement a company’s architecture and also maintenance element. Architecture Development Method (ADM) is an architecture development method that is provided by TOGAF to define the business needs and to build a specific architecture to fulfill the needs. The stages in ADM is preliminary framework and principals, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solution, migration planning, implementation governance, and architecture change management. The output of the research is a blueprint from business architecture and information systems architecture
