Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir ini mengambil objek data gedung Hotel Pesona Pekanbaru yang akan menjadi objek bahasan. Gedung tersebut telah dibangun di kota Pekanbaru dengan kategori tanah sedang. Pembagunan Hotel Pesona Pekanbaru menggunakan beton bertulang biasa dengan metode pengecoran ditempat (Insitu), menerapkan sistem struktur bangunan dual System, memiliki 11 lantai, 1 basement, dan beberapa bagian atap menggunakan material baja. Namun dalam pembahasan Tugas Akhir ini oleh penulis gedung Hotel Pesona Pekanbaru dilakukan modifikasi diantara nya yaitu perencanaan pembagunan menggunakan metode pracetak untuk elemen struktur pelat dan balok, hal ini dikarenakan element struktur gedung tersebut tipikal dan memiliki banyak keuntungan jika menerapkan metode pracetak dalam pembangunannya, Sistem struktur dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan SRPMK (Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus), Jumlah lantai dipangkas menjadi 8 lantai, atap bangunan gedung direncakan menggunakan deck beton, dan gedung ini dibangun di lokasi kota surabaya
Perencanaan struktur pada bangunan ini meliputi perhitungan struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Dimana struktuktu atas terdiri dari perhtungan kolom, balok, pelat lantai, tangga, dan lift. Sedangkan struktur bawah terdiri dari perhitungan sloof dan Basement. Untuk material dalam perencanaan struktur menggunakan mutu bahan : fc’ = 35 Mpa, fy = 400 Mpa. Perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam tugas akhir ini mengacu pada peraturan yang ditetapkan pada SNI 7833-2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan beton pracetak dan beton prategang untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 2847-2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung, PCI Design Handbook Precast & Prestressed Concrete 7th Edition, dan SNI 1726-2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa.
Dari data perencanaan yang ada, dilakukan preliminary desain dimensi serta tebal elemen struktur. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan penulangan berdasarkan hasil gaya yang di dapat dari SAP 2000 serta pendesainan sambungan. Perencanaan akhir berupa metode pelaksanaan pengerjaan. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan akan dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan dengan disertai gambar teknik yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan.
Adapun hasil modifikasi yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini yaitu dimensi balok induk 400/600, balok anak 300/400, tebal plat 120 (70 pracetak dan 50 cor ditempat), dan dimensi kolom 750/750. Sedangkan sambungan yang digunakan antara lain untuk sambungan balok induk-kolom menggunakan sambungan basah menerus disertai korbels, sambungan balok anak-balok induk menggunakan sambungan angkur dan korbels, dan sambungan pelat-balok menggunakan sambunga basah menerus.

The arrangement of this final project takes the data object of Hotel Pesona Pekanbaru building which will become the object of discussion. The building has been built in the city of Pekanbaru with the category of medium soil. The construction of Hotel Pesona Pekanbaru was using an ordinary reinforced concrete with in place method foundry (Insitu), implements dual system structure system, has 11 floors, 1 basement, and some roof parts using steel material. However, in the discussion of this Final Project by the writer of Hotel Pesona Pekanbaru building modifications are made which is construction plan using precast method for plate structure elements and beams, this is because the element of the building structure is typical and has many advantages when applying precast method in its development, the structure system is modified by using SRPMK (Special Moment Resisting Frame System), number of floors trimmed to 8 floors, roof of building building planned by concrete deck, and this building was built at the location of surabaya city
Structure planning in this building include the calculation of upper structure and bottom structure. Where the upper structure consists of columns, beams, floor plates, stairs, and elevators. While the bottom structure consists of calculation of sloof and basement. For materials in structural plan is using material quality: fc '= 35 MPa, fy = 400 MPa. The calculations performed in this final project refers to the regulations set forth in SNI 7833-2012 on the procedures of precast concrete planning and prestressed concrete for building structures, SNI 2847-2013 on structural concrete requirements for building, PCI Design Handbook Precast & Prestressed Concrete 7th Edition, and SNI 1726-2012 on earthquake resistance planning procedures.
From the existing planning data, preliminary design is done to determine dimensions and thick elements of the structure. Furthermore, the calculation of reinforcement is done based on the results of forces from SAP 2000 and connection designing. Final planning in the form of implementation method of workmanship. From the results of calculations that has been done it will be arranged in the form of reports with engineering drawings that can be used as a reference in the implementation of development.
The modification results obtained from this final task are the dimensions of the primary beam 400/600, secondary beam 300/400, plate thickness 120 (70 precast and 50 cast in place), and 750/750 column dimensions. While the joints that are used for parent-column connections is using a continuous wet joints with corbels, and the joists connecting blocks using anchor and korbels connections.
