Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan pantai yang sering terjadi yaitu sedimentasi, erosi, pencemaran laut dan lain sebagainya.Salah satunya pada Pelabuhan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Nagan Raya mengalami permasalahan gelombang terutama gelombang yang datang dari arah barat daya dan selatan karena PLTU Nagan Raya langsung berhubungan dengan Samudera Hindia. Untuk mencegah dampak dari kerusakan wilayah pantai maka dibutuhkan struktur-struktur pelindung pantai diantaranya yaitu breakwater. Akhir-akhir ini para peneliti telah mengembangkan struktur breakwater menjadi pemecah gelombang terapung (floating breakwater). Untuk menstabilkan floating breakwater dengan dimensi 120 m x 10 m x 5,5 m di perlukan sistem penambat. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mendesain mooring line pada struktur floating breakwater menggunakan catenary mooring line yang dimana menggunakan karakteristik lingkungan pada perairan PLTU Nagan Raya, serta melakukan variasi sudut tali tambat yaitu 300, 450, dan 600. Pada analisa tension mooring maksimum didapatkan spesifikasi mooring dengan inisial diameter 54 mm dengan nilai breaking load 1706,94 kN. Hasil dari analisis respon gerak berupa Response Amplitude Operators (RAO) saat kondisi terapung bebas dan tertambat pada moda gerak surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch, dan yaw. ========================================================================================================= Some coastal problems that often occur are sedimentation, erosion, marine pollution, etc. One of them is the Port of Steam Power Plant, Nagan Raya experienced wave problems, especially the waves coming from the southwest and south because the Nagan Raya power plant directly related to the Indian Ocean. Breakwater is a coastal protection structure to break the waves. Lately, researchers have developed breakwater structures into floating breakwaters. To hold the floating breakwater with dimensions of 120 m x 10 m x 5,5 m is in need of a mooring system. This research is focused on designing mooring line on floating breakwater structure using catenary mooring line which uses environmental characteristics in Nagan Raya power plant, and variation of mooring rope angle that is 300, 450, and 600. In the maximum tension mooring analysis from the results obtained mooring specifications with the initial diameter of 54 mm with a breaking load value 1706.94 kN. The Results from Response Amplitude Operators (RAO) motion response analysis when floating breakwater conditions are free floating and tethered with the surge, sway, heave, roll, pitch, and yaw modes of motion.
