Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Magetan didukung dengan adanya sektor ekonomi unggulan daerah baik dari kerajinan hingga produk makanan. Dari sepuluh (10) produk unggulan yang memiliki potensi di Kabupaten Magetan, produk kerajinan anyaman bambu menempati urutan pertama. Namun potensi tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga mengakibatkan produktivitas dan perkembangannya melambat. Unit kerajinan anyaman bambu yang ada di empat kecamatan memiliki karakteristik dan faktor perkembangan yang berbeda. Hal tersebut berdampak pada persoalan dan kebutuhan yang berbeda. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan arahan pengembangan UMKM Kerajinan Anyaman Bambu berdasarkan tipologi faktor penentu perkembangan usaha di Kabupaten Magetan.
Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan empat (4) tahapan analisis, yaitu: 1) Menentukan faktor-faktor penentu perkembangan UMKM Kerajinan Anyaman Bambu di Kabupaten Magetan dengan teknik analisis Delphi; 2) mengidentifikasi kelemahan dan kelebihan UMKM Kerajinan anyaman bambu tiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Magetan dengan analisis deskriptif; 3) menentukan tipologi faktor penentu perkembangan UMKM Kerajinan anyaman bambu di Kabupaten Magetan dengan teknik analisis Multidimensional Scaling; 4) Merumuskan arahan pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kerajinan anyaman bambu di Kabupaten Magetan berdasarkan tipologi faktor penentu perkembangan usaha.
Hasil penelitian arahan pengembangan UMKM Kerajinan Anyaman Bambu dibagi menjadi pengembangan UMKM Kerajinan Anyaman Bambu pada tahap rintisan dan tahap berkembang. Arahan pengembangan UMKM pada tahap berkembang fokus pada inovasi produk kerajinan anyaman bambu dan pemasaran, sedangkan UMKM pada tahap rintisan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas produk dan kemitraan untuk memperlancar sirkulasi proses produksi.

The economy growth in Magetan Regency is supported by leading economic sector from handicrafts to food products. From ten (10) leading products which have potential in Magetan, bamboo craft products ranks first. However, the potential has not been optimally utilized, resulting in low productivity and growth. The bamboo craft units that exists in four sub-districts has different characteristics and developmental factors. It impacts on different issues and needs. Bases on the problems, this research aims to formulate the development of MSMEs Bamboo Craft based on the typology of determinants factors for business development in Magetan Regency.
In this research, there are four (4) analysis stages, namely: 1) Determinant factors for the development of MSMEs development of Bamboo Craft in Magetan Regency by Delphi analysis technique; 2) identifying the weaknesses and advantages of MSMEs Bamboo Crafts of each su-district in Magetan Regency with descriptive analysis; 3) determining the typology of determinant factor for the development of MSMEs Bamboo Crafts with Multidimensional Scaling analysis techniques; 4) Formulating the direction of development of Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Bamboo crafts in Magetan Regency based on the typology of the determinants factor for the business development.
The research results of the direction of the development of MSMEs Bamboo Crafts is divided into the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of bamboo craft at the stub and developing stages. The direction of MSMEs development at the developing stage focuses on innovation of bamboo craft product and marketing, while at the stub stage focuses on improvement of quality and quantity of product and partnership to facilitate the circulation of production process.
