Abstract

Undocking merupakan proses penurunan kapal setelah dilakukan repair dan maintenance dari atas dok menuju laut yang tahapannya sama dengan proses launching (peluncuran). Untuk menunjang kegiatan reparasi, PT. Adiluhung menggunakan dok lapangan dengan sistem airbag agar lebih efisien biaya dan beban kerja. Di sisi lain, penggunaan airbag juga mempunyai risiko-risiko yang belum bisa ditentukan secara pasti. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko kerusakan kapal yang terjadi pada saat undocking diperlukan analisa risiko. Dalam penelitian Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perhitungan jumlah dan jarak antar airbag yang dibutuhkan untuk undocking kapal kargo 1209 GT dengan ukuran utama LOA = 70 m, B = 11.2 m, H = 6.27m dan T = 4.29 m, dilakukan analisis risiko dengan metode fault tree analysis yang mengacu pada rules DNV RP H-101 dan kemudian dibuat rekomendasi preventif untuk mengurangi atau mencegah terjadinya risiko. Pada Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan hasil jumlah airbag yang dibutuhkan untuk undocking kapal kargo 1209 GT adalah 11 buah dengan jarak antar airbag 5.94 m. Dari hasil analisa risiko menggunakan FTA didapatkan probabilitas intermediate event level 1 galangan bermasalah sebesar 0.5272, probabilitas intermediate event level 1 kondisi alam tidak stabil sebesar 0.0771 dan probabilitas top event kerusakan kapal saat undocking menggunakan airbag sebesar 0.6043. Setelah dilakukan analisa risiko, masing-masing risiko dimasukkan ke dalam matriks risiko dan didapatkan 30 risiko dengan kategori low risk dan 2 risiko dengan kategori medium risk. Kemudian setelah didapatkan posisi masing-masing risiko pada matriks risiko, dilakukan pemberian rekomendasi preventif berupa tindakan pencegahan untuk mengurangi risiko. Untuk risiko dengan kategori medium risk yaitu A331 air sedang surut diberikan rekomendasi preventif berupa pelaksanaan undocking dilakukan menunggu saat air pasang. Sedangkan risiko A421 airbag tertusuk material reparasi diberikan rekomendasi preventif berupa pembersihan sampah sisa reparasi sebelum dilakukan undocking.

Undocking is a process of ship dropping after being repaired and maintaned from the dock to the sea that similar with launching process. To support the reparation activity, PT. Adiluhung uses field dock with airbag system to produce cost and workload efficiency. On the other hand, airbag application also has some risks which cannot be determined precisely. Besides, the risk analysis is required to uncover how many risks of ship decay occured during undocking. In this research, it aims at doing calculation of amount and distance among airbags needed to take undocking process of 1209 GT cargo ship with the main measurement as listed: LOA = 70 m, B = 11.2 m, H = 6.27 m, and T = 4.29 m. It is exercised by using risk analysis with fault tree analysis method which refers to rules of DNV RP H-101 to make preventive recommendation as an efffort decreasing or avoiding the risks happened. This research indicates the result of airbag number required to undocking a 1209 GT cargo ship is 11 pieces with the distance of each airbag is 5.94 m. After clarifying risk analysis, each risk is presented to the risk matrix and obtained each of them are 30 risks on low risk category and 2 risks on medium risk category. Then after getting the positions of each risk on the risk matrix, the next step is conducted to deliver some preventive recommendations as the precautions to reduce the risks. For A331 that is classified as medium risk category is explained as when the sea is being low tide, it is given preventive recommendation to carry out undocking pending during high tide. Besides, A421 risk for the airbag impaled by the repaired material, the preventive recommendation is committed by cleaning garbages up as the remains of reparation before undocking and airbag leak test.
