Abstract
Berada di dalam lingkungan komersial di kawasan Surabaya Timur, dan kebutuhan akan tempat perawatan kecantikan, kawasan ini berada di lingkungan elit yang rata-rata membutuhkan perawatan lebih pada rumah kecantikan terlebih site berada pada lingkungan komersil yang sudah dikenal sebagai kawasan salon dan spa. Salon dan Spa ini memiliki konsep etnik dan sejuk yaitu dimana desainnya mengadaptasi desain rumah jawa kuno dan dalam pengkondisian udara menggunakan ventilasi silang dan mengoptimalkan bukaan ruang untuk pencahayaan alami.
Restoran ini merupakan rujukan tamu yang ingin menikmati sunset dan menikmati hidangan khas Indonesia, Bangunan ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari komplek Ai-Limung Beach Resort & Spa yang terdiri dari fasilitas lengkap resort pada umumnya, Restauran ini memiliki konsep bangunan arsitektur uang memiliki unsur-unsur kearifan budaya lokal. Selain itu juga diterapkan dengan pendekatan material dan kesan bangunan minimalis modern dalam desain Restoran ini.

Salon and Spa has an ethnic and cool concept that is where the design adapt the design of the ancient Javanese house and in air conditioning using cross ventilation and optimize the opening of space for natural lighting This restaurant is a guest referral who want to enjoy the sunset and enjoy the typical Indonesian dishes, This building is one part of the complex Ai-Limung Beach Resort & Spa consisting of complete facilities of resorts in general, This restaurant has the concept of building architecture money has elements local cultural wisdom. It is also applied with a material approach and the impression of a modern minimalist building in this Restaurant design
