Abstract

Tingginya angka kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang menimbulkan kerugian jiwa maupun materi, karena pada umumnya pengguna jalan tidak sabar menunggu penutupan palang perlintasan.. Selain itu dilain pihak kerugian juga dialami oleh para pengguna lalu-lintas di jalan raya, yaitu gangguan berupa tundaan (delay) yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi pengguna jalan raya ,baik kerugian akibat bertambahnya waktu perjalanan yang ditempuh oleh pengguna jalan raya dimana kendaraan akan berhenti sehingga menimbulkan antrian kendaraan di pintu perlintasan sebidang.. Metodologi dilakukan melalui observasi di lapangan dan survey data. dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan dari Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) tahun 2014 dan data kemudian diolah dengan membuat model hubungan dengan beberapa metode regresi kemudian dipilih model terbaik. Didapatkan kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara panjang rangkaian kereta, kecepatan rangkaian kereta dan lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang dengan model hubungan ketiganya pada Jalan Imam Bonjol yaitu y = 5.649x1 + 0.868 x2 – 6.649. dan pada Jalan Tanjung yaitu y = 12.475 + 9.394x1 + 0.035x2 Dimana y adalah lama waktu penutupan perlintasan sebidang, x1 adalah panjang rangkaian kereta dan x2 adalah kecepetan kereta. Model hubungan terbaik antara lama waktu dengan panjang antrian jalan Imam Bonjol dan Jalan Tanjung dari masing masing arah. Model hubungan Jalan Imam Bonjol adalah y = 0.0162x2 - 2.6276x + 186, Jalan Tanjung y = 0.0032x2 - 0.2088x + 81.134. Keterangan y adalah panjang antrian kendaraan dan x adalah lama waktu penutupan.Model hubungan panjang antrian kendaraan dengan lama waktu penutupan dan derajat kejenuhan yaitu Jalan Imam Bonjol y = 0.894X1 + 82.93X2 – 74.172 dengan r-square 0.809, Jalan Tanjung y = 0.74X1 + 66.62X2 – 46.28 dengan r-square 0.906 ==================================================================================================================The high number of accidents at level crossing of a single cross causes loss of life and material. Furthermore, the losses are also experienced by users of traffic on the highway such as disturbance in the form of delay which can lead to increase the length of travel time where the vehicle will stop, and give impact to the emergence queue vehicle at level crossing of a single cross. The methodology applied were observation on field and survey data and then calculation from Road Capacity Guidelines of Indonesia - Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2014 and queue length calculation using queuing data analysis .It will be processed by making connection model with some regression methods and be selected the best model. The conclusion is there is a connection between length of the train, speed of the train and length of the level crossing of a single cross on Imam Bonjol Street is y = 5.649x1 + 0.868 x2 - 6.649 and on Tanjung Street is y = 12.475 + 9.394x1 + 0.035x2 Where y is the time interval of the crossing plot, x1 is the length of train circuit and x2 is train speed. Furthermore, there is a best connection model between length of time and length of queue on Imam Bonjol Street and Tanjung Street from each direction. The connection model of Imam Bonjol Street is y = 0.0162x2 - 2,6276x + 186, Tanjung Street is y = 0,0032x2 - 0,2088x + 81,134 . The description y is the length of vehicle queue and x is the length of closing time. There is a best connection model between length of queue with length of time and density on Imam Bonjol Street and Tanjung Street from each direction. The connection model of Imam Bonjol Street is y = 0.894X1 + 82.93X2 – 74.172 with r-square 0.809, Tanjung Street is y = 0.74X1 + 66.62X2 – 46.28 with r-square 0.906.
