Abstract

Infrastruktur untuk transportasi merupakan prasarana yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi. Dengan adanya infrastruktur transportasi yang baik, kegiatan-kegiatan sektor ekonomi lainnya akan tumbuh dan berkembang. Perencanaan konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang baik diharapkan mampu memikul beban kendaraan yang melintas. Dengan demikian akan memberikan kenyamanan kepada pengguna jalan selama umur rencana. Perencanaan perkerasan yang digunakan pada proyek tersebut sebelumnya menggunakan perkerasan Concrete Block (Paving) K.500. Pemasangan Concrete Block (Paving) K.500 yang kurang cocok akan mudah bergeser dari susunan pemasangannya sehingga menjadi renggang dan tidak rata. Apabila paving bergelombang dan mengalami pergeseran akan menghambat jalannya kendaraan dan bisa terjadi kecelakaan.Maka dari itu, pada penulisan Tugas Akhir ini kami merencanakan menggunakan perkerasan yang berbeda, yaitu perkerasan lentur (flexible pavement).

Desain perkerasan lentur jalan Kawasan Integrated Tank Strorage Terminal and Logistic Service ini dibangun dengan umur rencana (UR) 20 tahun.Desain meliputi kontrol geometrik jalan berdasarkan Geometrik Jalan RSNI T-14-2004 dan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga, Perencanaan tebal perkerasan lentur berdasarkan Petunjuk Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Jalan Raya Dengan Analisa Metode Komponen, perencanaan drainase berdasarkan Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan SNI 03-3424-1994, rencana anggaran biaya berdasarkan Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan (HSPK) Lamongan 2017.

Dari hasil perhitungan desain jalan direncanakan memiliki 4 lajur 2 arah untuk Long A dan 2 lajur 2 arah untuk Long B, C, dan D . Long A memiliki tikungan sejumlah 11 tikungan, Long B 6 tikungan, Long C 1 tikungan, dan long D 3 tikungan. Untuk jalan 4 lajur 2 arah lapisan perkerasan berupa sirtu sebesar 45 cm , Batu Pecah 20 cm dan tebal Laston sebesar 10 cm. Untuk jalan 2 lajur 2 arah lapisan perkerasan berupa sirtu sebesar 41 cm , Batu Pecah 25 cm dan tebal Laston sebesar 10 cm Rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 61,495,372,818 (Terbilang Enam Puluh Satu Milyar Empat Ratus Sembilan Puluh Lima Juta Tiga Ratus Tujuh Puluh Dua Ribu Delapan Ratus Delapan Belas Rupiah).

With good transport infrastructure, other economic sector activities will grow and develop. Good road pavement construction planning is expected to bear the burden of vehicle passing. Thus it will provide convenience to road users during the life of the plan The pavement planning used on the project previously used Concrete Block (Paving) K.500 pavement. The incorrect installation of Concrete Block (Paving) K.500 will easily shift from the mounting arrangement to become tenuous and uneven. If paving corrugated and experiencing a shift will hamper the vehicle and can happen accident. So from that, in writing this Final Project we plan to use different pavement, the flexible pavement.

The pavement stretch road design The Integrated Tank Strorage Terminal and Logistic Service area is built with 20 years design life. The design includes road geometric control based on Geometrik Jalan RSNI T-14-2004 dan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga. Planning of flexible pavement thickness based on Planning Guidance on Roadside Flexible Pavement With Component Method Analysis, drainage planning based on Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan SNI 03-3424-1994 , cost budget plan based on Lamongan 2017 Activity Unit Price Unit.

From the road design calculation results are planned to have 4 2-way lanes for Long A and 2 lane 2 directions for Long B, C, and D. Long A has curves of 11 bends, Long B 6 bends, Long C 1 bend, and long D 3 bends. For road 4 lanes 2 way pavement layer of sirtu 45 cm, Broken Stone 20 cm and thick Laston of 10 cm. For road 2 lane 2 way pavement layer of sirtu 41 cm, Stone Split 25 cm and thick Laston of 10 cm Budget plan required amounted to Rp 61,495,372,818 (Counted Sixty One Billion Four Hundred Ninety Five Million Three Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Rupiah)
