Abstract
Perusahaan yang memiliki sistem rantai pasok yang luas memiliki tantangan utama pada kompleksitas produk atau jasa, sehingga mengakibatkan munculnya risiko. Terganggunya proses rantai pasok mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses produksi perusahaan yang berdampak terhadap keterlambatan pengiriman produk ke tangan konsumen. Namun saat ini manajemen risiko semakin kompleks karena munculnya berbagai persoalan yang tidak hanya terletak pada bertambahnya variasi risiko tetapi juga memberikan efek domino yaitu terdapat hubungan keterkaitan antar risiko, dan hubungan keterkaitan antar penyebab risiko. Maka dari itu risiko perlu dikelola Pendekatan untuk mengelola risiko dikenal dengan manajemen risiko.
PT. Lion Metal Works, Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi cable support system. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi risiko yang muncul, untuk menyusun prioritas urutan sumber risiko dan untuk mengkonsep strategi mitigasi risiko yang akan diterapkan. Penelitian ini menganalisa hubungan keterkaitan tersebut dengan menggabungkan dua metode yaitu metode Analytic Network Process (ANP), dan metode House of Risk. Hasil penelitian telah ditemukan bahwa terdapat 8 kejadian risiko dengan 30 penyebab risiko yang teridentifikasi. Dengan menggunakan nilai Potensi Risiko Agregat (ARP) dan diagram Pareto 80:20, penelitian ini memberikan solusi strategis sebagai cara untuk memitigasi 13 sumber risiko utama yang telah teridentifikasi.
=====================================================================Companies having extensive supply chain systems have the main challenges on the complexity of products or services; therefore, it results in the emergence of risks. The disruption of the supply chain process resulted in the inhibition of the company's production process that affects the delay in delivering the products to the consumers. However, risk management is increasingly complex due to the emergence of various issues that does not only increase risk variation but also give domino effect in which there is the relationship among the risks as well as among the causes of risk. Therefore, the risk must be managed. The approach to manage the risk is known as risk management.
PT. Lion Metal Works, Tbk is a company that produces cable support system. This study was aimed at identifying potential risks that emerged, prioritizing the sequence of sources of risk, and conceptualizing risk mitigation strategies that will be applied. This study analyzed the correlational relationship by combining two methods namely Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and House of Risk method. The results of the study found that there are 8 risk events with 30 causes of identified risks. Using the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value and Pareto 80:20 diagram, this study provides a strategic solution as a way to mitigate 13 key identified risk sources.
