Abstract

Konsumsi energi di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, hal tersebut membuat peranan energi terbarukan lebih dikembangkan dengan salah satu sumber energi yang sedang digencarkan penggunaannya adalah biogas, khususnya untuk skala rumah tangga. Generator set bahan bakar ganda gasoline-biogas menghemat penggunaan gasoline sebagai bahan bakar dan biaya produksi dapat ditekan. Rasio campuran gasoline-biogas berpengaruh terhadap performansi engine salah satunya pada kecepatan putar, untuk itu perlu adanya software jaringan syaraf tiruan untuk mencari rasio terbaik agar mendapatkan karakterisasi kecepatan putar generator set dengan nilai performansi engine terbaik. Sebanyak 300 data diolah menggunakan JST 75% untuk training dengan jumlah hidden node 100, nilai net.trainParam.goal = 0.0001 , net.trainParam.lr = 0.01 , dan net.trainParam.epochs = 1000, serta 25% untuk uji, menghasilkan nilai RMSE training 10,4812 (0,34%) pada node ke 55 dan nilai RMSE uji 5,8301 (0,18%) dengan hasil kecepatan putar pada GUI mencapai 3445,87 mendapatkan rasio terbaik pada gasoline 0,015 l/menit dan biogas 5 l/menit. ================================================================================================= Energy consumption in Indonesia has increased, it makes the role of renewable energy more developed with one of the energy sources that is being intensified its use is biogas, especially for household scale.The gasoline-biogas dual fuel generator set saves the use of gasoline as fuel and the cost of production can be reduced. The ratio of gasoline-biogas mixture influences the performance of the engine one of them at the speed of rotation, for it needs artificial neural network software to find the best ratio to get the characterization of rotational speed generator set with the best engine performance value. A total of 300 data is processed using JST 75% for training with number of hidden node 100, net.trainParam.goal = 0.0001, net.trainParam.lr = 0.01, and net.trainParam.epochs = 1000, and 25% for test value RMSE training 10,4812 (0,34%) at node 55 and RMSE value of 5,8301 (0,18%) with result of rotation speed at GUI reach 3445,87 get best ratio at gasoline 0,015 l / min and biogas 5 l / min.
