Abstract

Kapal ikan merupakan salah satu sarana yang dipergunakan nelayan untuk mencari dan menangkap ikan. Dalam proses penangkapan ikan banyak hal yang mempengaruhi operasinya seperti, pasang surut air laut, cuaca, bulan, dan hal lainnya. Sehingga tidak setiap saat nelayan dapat melakukan operasi penangkapan ikan. Oleh karenanya pendapatan nelayan dari hasil tangkap ikan tidak senantiasa stabil. Hasil tangkapan ikan nelayan Jepara mengalami penurunan pada kurun waktu terakhir. Di lain sisi, Jepara memiliki potensi wisata pantai yang menarik dan perlu dikembangkan. Untuk menunjang kestabilan pendapatan nelayan Jepara maka diperlukan inovasi desain kapal ikan 2-in-1 yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menangkap ikan, sekaligus untuk kapal wisata. Konsep desain kapal 2-in-1 ini menggunakan lambung catamaran supaya mendapatkan deck kapal yang lebih luas dan stabil. Konsep desain deck menggunakan prinsip convertible. Desain kapal yang dihasilkan memenuhi analisis teknis yang meliputi stabilitas, trim, dan freeboard. Kapal yang didesain memiliki ukuran Panjang antar Garis Tegak (LPP): 15,4 meter, Lebar (B): 6 meter, Tinggi (H): 2 meter, dan Sarat (T): 1 meter dengan kecepatan: 9 knot. Dari ukuran tersebut dan berbagai asumsi yang dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai ekonomis yang sesuai, yaitu harga tiket untuk menaiki kapal 2-in-1 sebesar Rp. 100.000.,- dan nilai payback period selama 2 tahun 7 bulan 14 hari. Dengan rute pelayaran dari Pantai Kartini menuju Pulau Panjang dan dilakukan pemberhentian pada titik tertentu dengan total waktu pemberhentian selama 2 jam, kemudian kembali ke Pantai Kartini. =================================================================================================
Fishing vessel is one of the means that fishermen used to search and catch fish. In the process of catching fish, there are many things that affect its operations such as, tides, weather, month, and other things. So, not every single time the fisherman can perform fishing operations. Therefore, fisherman's income from fish catch is not always stable. Fish catches of Jepara fishermen have decreased in the last period. On the other hand, Jepara has attractive coastal tourism potential and needs to be developed. To support the stability of the fishermen's income in Jepara, it is necessary to innovate the design of 2-in-1 fishing vessels that can be utilized to catch fish, as well as for tourist boats. This 2-in-1 ship design concept uses catamaran hull to get a wider deck and better ship stability. The concept of deck design uses the principle of convertible. The result of ship design technical analysis that includes stability, trim, and freeboard has been accepted by the rules. This vessel has main dimension Length of All (LPP): 15,4 meters, Breadth (B): 6 meters, Height (H): 2 meters, and Draught (T): 1 meter with 9 knots speed. From these measurements and various assumptions then obtained the appropriate economic value, which is the ticket price to board a 2-in-1 ship is Rp. 100.000., - and payback period is 2 years 7 months 14 days. With a cruise route from Kartini Beach to Pulau Panjang and stop at a certain point with a total stoppage time are 2 hours, then sail back to Kartini Beach.
