Abstract

Perencanaan struktur komposit beton baja berasumsi bahwa beton dan baja bekerja sama dalam memikul beban yang bekerja, sehingga akan menghasilkan desain elemen yang lebih ekonomis.Penggunaan struktur komposit beton-baja pada bangunan bertingkat juga mampu mengoptimalkan lahan dan menyediakan tempat yang lebih nyaman untuk proyek pembangunan gedung. Hotel Amaris Surabaya merupakan salah satu hotel 17 tingkat di kawasan strategis Surabaya. Gedung dimodifikasi menggunakan struktur primer kolom baja diselubungi beton dan balok komposit. Perencanaan yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder, struktur primer, sambungan, pondasi dan metode pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: tebal pelat beton lantai bondek 10cm; dimensi balok anak terbesar adalah WF 400x300x10x16, dimensi balok induk WF 500x200x10x16, dimensi kolom terbesar K700x300x13x24 diselubungi beton 900x900, tebal pelat basement 40cm dan pondasi tiang pancang diameter 60cm dengan kedalaman 23,5m. Seluruh perhitungan mengacu pada SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1729:2015,dan SNI 2847:2013. ================================================================================================== Concrete-steel composite design assumes that concrete and steel materials work together to carry the work load, which resulting in more economical element design. The uses of concrete-steel composite structures in multi-story buildings are both capable of optimizing the workspace and providing more convenient place for building construction projects . Amaris Surabaya Hotel is a 17 stories hotel in strategic area of Surabaya. The building was modified using steel encased concrete column and composite beam. The hotel design includes the design of secondary structure, primary structure, connection, foundation and construction method. Based on the calculation, the results obtained as follows: the concrete floor layer is 10cm thickness; the biggest secondary beam dimension is WF 400x300x10x16, the primary beam dimension is WF 500x200x10x16, the biggest column dimension is K700x300x13x24 encased with 900x900 concrete, the basement floor is 40cm thickness and the diameter of pile foundation is 60cm depth of 23,5m. All calculations are refer to SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1729:2015,dan SNI 2847:2013.
