Abstract

Salah satu bagian dari sarana tranportasi adalah jembatan yang mempunyai manfaat sebagai penghubung antara satu tempat ke tempat lainnya yang melintasi sungai, laut maupun lembah Jembatan Kali Bambang adalah salah satu bagian dari proyek jalan baru Malang-Blitar yang melintasi sungai Kali Bambang dan beberapa lembah di daerah Blitar. Dimana jembatan yang masih dalam tahap pengerjaan ini di desain menggunakan konstruksi PC I girder. Pada tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai modifikasi jembatan Kali Bambang dengan menggunakan Asymetric Cable Stayed dan Prestress Concrete box Girder. Jembatan ini memiliki bentang 175m. Konfigurasi kabel jembatan menggunakan Double Planes System untuk arah melintang dan Semi Harp Pattern untuk arah memanjang. Jembatan memiliki lebar lantai kendaraan 7m, lantai kendaraan didesainlebar agar jembatan tahan terhadap efek aerodinamis. Adapun hasil dari modifikasi jembatan ini dibatasi hanya pada elemen struktur atas. Dalam pembahasan ini lantai kendaraan didesain berupa box girder pratekan segemntal precast dengan tinggi box 3 m. Sedangankan pylon didesain menggunakan material beton bertulang. Untuk permodelan jembatan menggunakan program bantu MIDAS CIVIL 2011. Pembebanan staging analysis berupa perletakan form traveler akibat beban sendiri dan lantai kendaraan yang diangkat. kemudian jembatan dilakukan analisa gaya dalam akibat sistem balance kantilever. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan perhitungan penulangan box, kontrol lendutan, perhitungan geser, perhitungan dan stabilitas yang meliputi kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas, kontrol torsi serta stabilitas aerodinamis yang melupti kontrol terhadap frekwensi alami, efek flutter, dan juga vortex-shedding. ====================================================================================================== One part of transportation faci lities is a bridge that has benefit s to connect one place to another a cross the river, sea and valley. Kali Bambang Bridge is one of the new Malang - Blitar road project that crosses Kali Bambang river and some valleys in Blitar area. The bridge is still in the stage of work and it is designed by using PC I girder construction. This final project discuss about the modification of Kali Bambang bridge by using Asymetric Cable Stayed and Prestress Concrete box Girder. This bridge has a span of 175m and t he cable configuration us es Double Planes System for cross direction and Semi Harp P attern for longitudinal direction. The vehicle floor is 7 m wide and it is widely designed so the bridge is resistant to aerodynamic effects. The result of this modification is only in the upper structural elements. V ehicle floor is designed in the form of a box of prestressed segregnt precast girder with 3 m high. While the pylon is designed using reinforced concrete materia l. For modeling the bridge uses MIDAS CIVIL 2011 program. The staging analysis is in the form of placing tr aveler form due to its own load an d the lifted vehicle floor. And then the bridge will receive in - depth style analysis due to cantilever balance system. Furthermore, the calculation will include box reinforcement, deflection control, shear calculation, cal culation and stability include control of cracking moments, boundary moment control, torque control and aerodynamic stability that control the natural frequency, flutter effect, and vortex - shedding.
