Abstract

Dermaga batubara yang direncanakan terletak di Kabupaten Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Struktur dermaga batubara didesain untuk memperlancar pendistribusian batubara lewat transportasi laut.
Pada Tugas akhir ini dermaga tersebut direncanakan untuk kapal 40.000 dan 20.000 DWT yang meliputi perencanaan dimensi dan penulangan struktur sandar dan tambat kapal. Struktur atas dermaga plat lantai dan balok menggunakan beton bertulang dengan metode pracetak, sedangkan balok fender, lisplank, dan pile cap menggunakan metode cor in situ. Dalam perencanaan struktur dermaga ini, dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SAP2000 v 14.2
Dari perhitungan yang penulis rencanakan, juga di uraikan tentang metode pelaksanaan pemasangan plat dan balok pracetak, dan pemancangan tiang pancang, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat memperlancar proses pembangunan dermaga batubara.
Dalam Tugas akhir terapan ini, terdapat 2 struktur yang di hitung diantaranya trestle sebagai jembatan penyambung antara daratan ke dermaga dan dermaga itu sendiri sebagai penggerak segala kegiatan bongkar muat batu bara. Struktur bawah direncanakan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang baja (steel pipe pile) diameter 800mm tebal 16mm pada seluruh struktur trestle dan diameter 1116mm tebal 16mm pada seluruh struktur dermaga. Untuk struktur yang menggunakan beton, dipakai beton mutu fc’ = 35 MPa seperti plat dermaga, balok, dan dipakai beton mutu fc’ = 50 MPa seperti pile cap dan concrete filler pada pancang.
Dari hasil modifikasi desain dermaga batu bara diperoleh dimensi dermaga sepanjang 214m dan lebar 34m. Tebal pelat pracetak 25 cm dengan total tebal pelat 45 cm. Dimensi balok pracetak pada memanjang dan melintang 700mm x 950mm dengan dimensi keseluruhan 700mm x 1400mm. Kemudian terdapat balok listplank 600mm x 1400mm, dan balok fender 600mm x 4000mm. Dimensi pilecap 1500mm x 1500mm x 1200mm untuk trestle, pilecap 2000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm untuk dermaga pile cap tegak, 4000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm untuk dermaga pile cap miring. Dermaga menggunakan crane LHM 180.

The planned coal port is located in Lamongan District, East Java. The structure of the coal dock is designed to facilitate the distribution of coal through sea transportation.
In this final project the dock is planned for 40,000 and 20,000 DWT ships which include dimensional planning and reinforcement of docking and shipboard structures. The structure of the port of floor slab and beam using reinforced concrete with precast method, while the fender beam, lisplank, and pile cap using the method of cast in situ. In this dock structure planning, analyzed using software SAP2000 v 14.2
From the calculations that the author planned, also described about the implementation method of slab installation and precast beam, and pile pile, which will be expected to expedite the process of building a coal port.
In this final assignment, there are two structures that are counted among them trestle as a connecting bridge between the mainland to the dock and the dock itself as a driver of all loading and unloading activities of coal. The bottom structure is planned to use a steel pipe pile diameter of 800mm thick 16mm on the entire trestle structure and a diameter of 1116mm thickness of 16mm on the entire dock structure. For concrete-using structures, fc '= 35 MPa quality concrete such as dock slabs, beams, and fc = 50 MPa quality concrete such as pile cap and concrete filler are used at the stake.
From the results of modifications to the design of coal dock obtained dimensions of the port along 214m and 34m wide. Thick slab precast 25 cm with total thickness slab 45 cm. The dimensions of the precast beam on the longitudes and transverse 700mm x 950mm with the overall dimensions of 700mm x 1400mm. Then there is the listplank beam 600mm x 1400mm, and the fender beam 600mm x 4000mm. Dimensions pilecap 1500mm x 1500mm x 1200mm for trestle, pilecap 2000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm for dock stand pile cap, 4000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm for dock pile cap tilt. The dock uses a 180 LHM crane.
