Abstract

Continuous stirred tank reacktor (CSTR) merupakan suatu wadah yang di dalamnya terjadi reaksi kimia pembentukan atau penguraian. Dimana aliran massa masuk atau keluar berlangsung secara terus menerus (kontinyu). Didalam CSTR ini terjadi reaksi pencampuran antara larutan HCL dan KOH dimana larutan KOH akan dikendalikan menggunakan pengendalian PID yang berbasis tuning imc. PID IMC sendiri merupakan pengendalian yang hanya dapat dicapai jika sistem memuat parameter dari proses yang akan dikendalikan, baik secara implisit maupun eksplisit. Skema pengendali IMC menggunakan fungsi transfer dari plant untuk mencari fungsi transfer dari controller. Setelah mendapatkan fungsi controller kemudian dilakukan percobaan pengendalian pH pada simulink matlab. Diberikan variasi nilai pH sebesar 3 dan 7 dan diberikan variasi pada tuning filter ( ) sebesar 0.2, 0.4, dan 0.6. Setelah dilakukan percobaan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pengendalian pH dengan menggunakan sistem pengendalian tuning imc based pid menghasilkan respon yang baik dengan parameter tuning filter ( ) sebesar 0,2 . ======================================================================================================
Continuous stirred tank reacktor (CSTR) is a container in which chemical reactions formation or decomposition. Where the flow of incoming or outgoing mass takes place continuously (continuous). In this CSTR there is a mixing reaction between the HCL and KOH solutions in which the KOH solution will be controlled using an IMC-based PID control. IMC PID is a control that can only be achieved if the system contains parameters of the process to be controlled, either implicitly or explicitly. IMC's control scheme uses the transfer function of the plant to find the transfer function of the controller. After getting the controller function then done experiment of pH control on simulink matlab. Given a variation of pH values of 3 and 7 and given variations on filter tuning ( ) of 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6. After the experiment, it was concluded that pH control using imc based pid tuning control system produces a good response with filter tuning parameters () of 0.2
