Abstract

Baja merupakan salah satu material yang baik digunakan dalam pembangunan struktur tahan gempa. Hal ini disebabkan sifat dari baja yang daktail. Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) merupakan salah satu sistem penahan beban lateral yang terdiri dari plat baja vertikal padat yang menghubungkan balok dan kolom disekitarnya dan terpasang sepanjang ketinggian struktur sehingga membentuk sebuah dinding penopang. Hal ini menyebabkan Steel Plate Shear Wall memiliki daktailitas yang tinggi cocok untuk perencanaan struktur pada daerah rawan gempa. Perhitungan struktur mengacu pada Spesifikiasi Untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural SNI 1729:2015, Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 2847:2015, Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Rumah dan Gedung SNI 1726:2012, Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain SNI 1727:2013, Steel Plate Shear Wall AISC 20 Steel Design Guide, dan dalam menganalisa struktur digunakan program bantu ETABS 2016. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh hasil yaitu: tebal pelat lantai 10 cm, tebal pelat atap 9 cm, profil balok anak Atap WF 400.300.10.16, profil balok anak 450.300.10.15, profil balok induk WF 600.300.14.23, profil kolom CFT HSS 750.750.25.25, tebal pelat Dinding Geser Pelat Baja 4 mm, ukuran base plate 100.100 cm tebal 60 mm, sambungan struktur utama direncanakan sebagai sambungan kaku, pondasi direncanakan menggunakan tiang pancang spun-pile diameter 60 cm kedalaman 20 m. ================================================================================================ Steel is one of the best material used in building an earthquake resistant structure. This is known because of the ductile nature of steel material. Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) is a lateral load resisting consisting of vertical steel plate infills connected to the surrounding beams and columns and installed in one or more bays along the full height of the structure to form a cantilevered wall. This characteristic makes Steel Plate Shear Wall having a high ductility and suitable for planning structures in high seismic regions. The Analysis of structures refers to Spesification for Structural Steel Building SNI 1729:2015, Concrete and Building Standards SNI 2847:2015, Earthquake resisting Plans for Building and Houses SNI 1726:2012, Minimum Load for Building and other structures planning SNI 1727:2013, Steel Plate Shear Wall AISC 20 Steel Design Guide, and the use of ETABS 2016 in structural modeling and analysis. The results obtained from the analysis are : roof deck thickness is 9 cm, floor deck thickness is 10 cm, roof secondary beam dimension is WF 400.300.10.16, floor secondary beam dimension is 450.300.10.15, main beam dimension is 600.300.14.23, main concrete filled tube dimension is HSS 750.750.25.25, Plate of thickness of Steel Plate Shear Wall is 4 mm. base plate dimension is 100.100 cm with 60 mm thickness. Primary structure connection is planned using rigid connection, foundation is planned using spun-pile pre-cast concrete pile with 60 mm diameter and 20 m depth
