Abstract

The precast concrete method (precast) is a technology of construction that using component which printed first in a particular place (fabrication) and then installed on the project location (installation). The advantages of precast concrete method (precast) are not depending on the weather while in the manufacture process, the quality of concrete is better, process of the construction is relatively faster and minimal use of print board.
In this final project, the data which is used is Pinus Building of Mahardika Park Apartment. Building which has 19 floors with a height of ± 60.7 m building is functioned as an apartment located in Bekasi. The building was built using a reinforced concrete structure with conventional / in-case method. At this Final Project, the building was modified into 13 floors with a building height of ± 45.2 m. The purpose of this final project is to calculate the structure by using precast concrete method (precast) and designed using special moment resisting frame system.
The final result of this final project is the size of the primary beam dimension 40/60 cm, the secondary beam dimension 30/45 cm, Column with 60/90 cm dimension and precast plate thickness 8 cm with overtopping 7 cm. connections for elements are using wet joints with short consoles (corbel). And column connections is using NMB Splice Sleeve with Grouting.
