Abstract

Kegagalan pada separator dapat menimbulkan permasalahan dan mengakibatkan sistem tidak bekerja secara optimal sehingga performansi sistem kurang baik. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja dari separator adalah level untuk menjaga kemurnian fluida. Nilai keandalan merupakan salah satu parameter untuk mengindikasi performa dari separator.Pada makalah ini dilakukan monitoring keandalan real-time pada sistem pengendalian level separator. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah studi mengenai sistem pengendalian level. Langkah kedua adalah dilakukan pemodelan separator. Langkah ketiga melakukan perancangan observer. Langkah keempat yaitu melakukan monitoring keandalan. Untuk mengetahui uji dari observer dilakukan uji observer dengan memberikan kesalahan berupa uji sinyal ramp. Berdasarkan uji observer yang telah dilakukan didapatkan estimasi state level yang benar pada detik ke-350. Setelah uji observer, maka dilakukan uji monitoring keandalan secara real-time. Berdasarkan hasil uji monitoring keandalan realtime yang telah dilakukan,didapatkan bahwa pada kesalahan sensitivitas sensor sebesar 7,8%; 6,1%; 5,2%; 4,3% dan 3,3%,masing-masing nilai keandalan mulai mengalami penurunan pada detik ke-392; 394; 394; 396 dan 396. Ini berarti semakin besar nilai kesalahan maka waktu terjadinya kesalahan akan semakin cepat.

Failure on the separator can cause problems and cause the system does not work optimally so that the system performance is not good. One of the things that affect the performance of the separator is the level to maintain the purity of the fluid. Reliability value is one of the parameters to indicate the performance of the separator. In this paper, real-time reliability monitoring on the separator level control system is performed. The first step is to study the level control system. The second step is to do separator modeling. The third step is to design the observer. The fourth step is to monitor reliability. To know the test of the observer is done by observer test by giving error in the form of ramp signal test. Based on observer test that has been done got the correct state level estimation at 350 secon. After the observer test, the real-time reliability test is performed. Based on realtime reliability test result which has been done, it is found that on sensitivity error of sensor is 7,8%; 6.1%; 5.2%; 4.3% and 3.3%, respectively, reliability values began to decline at 392 seconds; 394; 394; 396 and 396. This means that the greater the value of error then the time of the error will be faster.
