Abstract

Global Navigation Satellite System merupakan suatu istilah yang digunakan untuk mencakup seluruh sistem satelit navigasi global. Terdapat banyak sekali kegiatan yang memerlukan implementasi dari pengamatan Global Navigation Satellite System, salah satunya adalah pengukuran Ground Control Point. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai efisiensi pengukuran Ground Control Point khususnya untuk keperluan foto udara resolusi 10 cm, citra satelit resolusi tinggi dan Light Detection and Ranging. Masing-masing keperluan tersebut memiliki spesifikasi pengukuran dimana foto udara resolusi 10 cm membutuhkan ketelitian horizontal minimal 5 cm. Sedangkan citra satelit resolusi tinggi membutuhkan ketelitian horizontal minimal 20 cm dan Light Detection and Ranging 30 cm. Berdasarkan informasi dari Badan Informasi Geospasial, Jaring Kontrol Horizontal dapat digunakan sebagai referensi spesifikasi pengukuran Ground Control Point. Karena seringnya pelaksanaan pengukuran Ground Control Point skala besar yang tidak sesuai dengan waktu perencanaan, maka perlu untuk mencari waktu efisien dalam melakukan pengukuran. Pengamatan pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode radial dan jaring dengan lama pengamatan masing-masing 2 jam. Kemudian data tersebut diseleksi dengan melakukan pemotongan sinyal setiap kelipatan 15 menit. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan kelipatan 15 menit tersebut, dapat diketahui seberapa besar selisih yang dihasilkan terhadap acuan yang digunakan dan dapat ditentukan berapa menit lama pengamatan minimum yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketelitian untuk pengukuran Ground Control Point foto udara resolusi 10 cm, citra satelit resolusi tinggi dan Light Detection and Ranging dapat dicapai dengan melakukan pengamatan metode radial 90 menit dengan baseline kurang dari 20 km. Selain itu dapat digunakan metode jaring dengan lama pengamatan 45 menit. ========================================================= Global Navigation Satellite System is a term used to encompass all of the global navigation satellite system. There are lots of activities that require the implementation of Global Navigation Satellite System observations, one of which is the measurement of Ground Control points. This research will exemine the measurement efficiency of Ground Control Point for aerial photogrametry with resolution 10 cm, high resolution satellite imagery and Light Detection and Ranging. The measurement spesification for the aerial photogrametry with resolution of 10 cm require horizontal precision of at least 5 cm. High resolution satellite imagery needs a horizontal precisions at least 20 cm and 30 cm for Light Detection and Ranging. According to Badan Informasi Geospasial, Horizontal Control Networks can be used as a reference specifications for measurement of Ground Control Point. Often the implementation of Ground Control Point measurements of the large scale that does not fit with the time of planning. So it is necessary to find time efficiency for measurements of Ground Control Point. In this research, the measurements were carried out by using the method of radial and network with observations period of 2 hours. The data selected by doing cuts signal every multiple of 15 minutes. Based on the results of data processing with multiple of 15 minutes, it can be known how big the difference is generated against the reference that is used and can be determined how many minutes long observation minimum is needed. The results showed that for measurement of Ground Control Point for aerial photogrametry with 10 cm resolution, high resolution satellite imagery, Light Detection and Ranging with radial method can be done for the period of measurement 90-minutes for baseline less than 20 km. In addition the results also showed that by using the network method, the measurement period can be reduce to 45-minutes.
