Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Semarang sedang membangun tanggul di Kali Tenggang dalam upaya penanganan menanggulangi banjir air rob. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengendalikan luapan banjir air rob (pasang) agar mampu menahan luapan air ketika banjir air rob (pasang) datang dan menahan agar tidak terjadinya keruntuhan tanah yang berdampak pada bangunan pemukiman warga setempat yang berada di pinggir Kali Tenggang. Saat ini pihak Dinas PU (Pekerjaan Umum) Kota Semarang, kurang puas dengan hasil perencanaan yang sudah ada pada kondisi eksisting Kali Tenggang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan review design eksisting agar mengetahui hasil yang sesuai dengan kondisi eksisting yang aman.
Pada penulisan Tugas Akhir ini dinding penahan tanah akan dihitung kembali agar mengetahui angka keamanan dalam kondisi eksisting. Sementara itu kondisi lapangan agak sulit dalam pelaksanaan, dan keterbatasan biaya. Maka perhitungan ulang kondisi eksisting dan penggunaan alternatif Ground Anchor, Soldier Pile dan Cofferdam untuk perkuatan dinding penahan tanah akan dilakukan agar mendapatkan hasil perkuatan yang aman, ekonomis, dan effisien.
Dari hasil perhitungan analisis yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kedalaman kondisi antara pemukiman-kali tenggang sedalam 7,4 meter dan kedalaman kondisi antara tambak-kali tenggang sedalam 5,6 meter. Hasil perencanaan pertama struktur dinding penahan tanah menggunakan Sheet Pile Beton dengan capping beam 90x70 cm serta balok penahan 70x50 cm menghabiskan dana Rp. 68.143.897.307, perencanaan kedua struktur dinding penahan menggunakan kombinasi Sheet Pile Beton dengan Ground Anchor sepanjang 1 meter menghabiskan dana Rp. 77.905.021.907, perencanaan ketiga struktur dinding penahan menggunakan soldier pile diameter 1 m dengan jumlah tulangan yang dibutuhkan 28 D19 menghabiskan dana Rp. 54.619.166.966, dan perencanaan keempat struktur dinding penahan tanah menggunakan kombinasi Sheet Pile Beton dengan Cofferdam (Sheet Pile Baja) menghabiskan dana Rp. 99.515.328.317 ================================================================================ Semarang City Government was building the embankment at the Time Lag in its efforts to cope with the flood of water handling rob. Efforts are being made is to control a water flood overflow rob (pairs) to hold the overflow of water when water floods rob (pairs) come and arrest so as not to impact the occurrence of soil collapse on the local residential buildings located on the edge of Time Lag. Currently Department of PU (public works) the city of Semarang, was less satisfied with the results of planning already on the existing condition of the Time Lag. Therefore, the existing design review is required in order to find out the results that correspond to existing conditions.
On the writing of Thesis of this soil retaining walls will be counted again in order to know the existing condition of security in numbers. Meanwhile the condition of the pitch was a bit difficult in implementation, and cost constraints. Then restart the existing condition calculation and use of alternative Ground Anchor, Soldier Pile Cofferdam for the retaining walls and the retaining wall will be carried out in order to get the retaining a safe, economical, and disappear.
From the results of the calculation of the analysis that has been done by mobilising the depth conditions between the settlement lag-times as deep as 7.4 meters and a depth of conditions between the embankment-grace period time as deep as 5.6 meters. The results of the first planning the structure of the retaining walls of soils using Sheet Pile concrete capping beam 90x70 cm and 70x50 cm in retaining beam spent the funds of Rp. 68,143,897,307, planning a second structure retaining walls using a combination of Sheet Pile Concrete with Ground Anchor along the 1 meter spend the funds of Rp. 77,905,021,907, planning the third structure retaining walls using soldier pile diameter 1 m with the amount of reinforcement required 28 D19 spend the funds of Rp. 54,619,166,966, and Fourth planning structure of the retaining walls of soils using a combination of Sheet Pile Cofferdam concrete (Steel Sheet Pile) spend the funds of Rp. 99,515,328,317
