Abstract

Jalan Tol Surabaya-Porong (sebelumnya bernama Jalan Tol Surabaya-Gempol) adalah jalan tol sepanjang 37 kilometer yang menghubungkan antara kota Surabaya disebelah Utara dengan porong disebelah Selatan. Jalan Tol ini melintasi Kota Surabaya dan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Panjang sebenarnya jalan tol ini dari Surabaya hingga Gempol sepanjang 43 kilometer, namun 6 kilometer bagian dari tol ini ditutup akibat peristiwa luapan Lumpur Lapindo yang menenggelamkan jalan tol Surabaya-Gempol ruas Porong-Gempol sejak 2006. Jalan tol ruas Porgem (Porong-Gempol) paket 2 khususnya di STA 40+350 s/d 40+700 menggunakan jembatan yang di bangun dengan sistem girder I pratekan. Oleh karena itu dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir Terapan ini akan di buat perencanaan baru sistem gelagar berbentuk box girder pratekan cast in situ dengan beton segmental.
Perencanaan jembatan sesuai dengan peraturan SNI 1725-2016 dan RSNI T-12-2004. Dari data-data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan preliminary desain dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama jembatan. Memasuki tahap awal perencanaan adalah perhitungan unsur sekunder jembatan yaitu parapet. Analisa beban yang terjadi terdiri dari analisa berat sendiri, analisa beban mati tambahan, dan beban lalu lintas. Kemudian dilakukan analisa gaya dalam akibat sistem balance kantilever dan sistem statis tak tentu. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan penulangan box, kontrol lendutan, perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yang meliputi kontrol tegangan pada saat pelaksanaan, kontrol tegangan pada saat menerus, kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas dengan bantuan progam sap2000.
Modifikasi perencanaan struktur ini mendapatkan hasil perancangan struktur berupa dimensi box, penempatan tendon, jumlah tendon, penentuan pondasi, penulangan dan pendetailan struktur yang dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel dan gambar-gambar.

The Surabaya-Porong Toll Road (formerly Surabaya-Gempol Toll Road) is a 37-kilometer toll road connecting the city of Surabaya to the north with a porong to the south. This Toll Road crosses Surabaya and Sidoarjo. The actual length of this toll road from Surabaya to Gempol is 43 kilometers long, but the 6 kilometer part of this toll is closed due to the overflow of Lapindo Mud that sank the Surabaya-Gempol toll road of Porong-Gempol since 2006. Porgem toll road (Porong-Gempol) 2 especially in STA 40 + 350 s / d 40 + 700 using a bridge constructed with a prestressed girder I system. Therefore, in the writing of this final assignment will be made a new planning of gelagar system in the form of prerested girder box cast in situ with segmental concrete.
Planning of the bridge in accordance with the regulations of SNI 1725-2016 and RSNI T-12-2004. From the planning data then preliminary design is done by determining the main dimensions of the bridge. Entering the initial stage of planning is the calculation of the secondary element of the bridge that is parapet. The load analysis consisted of own weight analysis, additional dead load analysis, and traffic load. Then done in-depth style analysis due to cantilever balance system and static system indeterminate. Next is calculation of box reinforcement, deflection control, strength calculation and stability which include voltage control during execution, continuous voltage control, crack moment control, moment limit control with sap2000 program aid.
Modification of this structural planning get the result of designing the structure of the box dimension, the placement of the tendon, the number of tendons, the determination of the foundation, the repetition and detailing of the structure as outlined in the form of tables and drawings.
