Abstract
Dari data statistik Pembangkit Listrik Negara tahun 2015 mencapai 202.845,82 GWh dan pada tahun 2016 mencapai 216.004,32 GWh atau bisa dibilang meningkat 6,49% dari tahun sebelumnya. Kebutuhan energi yang semakin tinggi tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan persediaan energy yang besar. Kondisi ini menyebabkan nilai energi semakin hari semakin tinggi sehingga penggunaan energi yang efektif dan efisien sangat dibutuhkan. Sesuai dengan inpres nomor 13 tahun 2011 tentang penghematan energi, perlu dilakukan langkah awal penghematan energi yaitu melakukan evaluasi kebutuhan energi listrik di lingkungan institusi pendidikan. Maka dari itu dengan mengevaluasi kebutuhan energi pada sistem pengkondisian udara dan sistem penerangan akan memberikan rekomendasi-rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan peluang penghematan energi pada Lantai 6 dan 7 Gedung Pusat Riset ITS Surabaya. Pada pengkondisian udara, perhitungan beban pendingin mengacu pada standar SNI-03-6390-2011 metode Cooling Load Temperature Difference ( CLTD). Pada sistem penerangan mengacu pada standar SNI 03-6575-2001 tentang tata cara perancangan sistem pencahayaan buatan. Kondisi desain ruangan didasarkan pada comfort zone untuk standar ASHRAE dengan temperatur bola kering 25oC ± 1oC dan kelembaban relatif 60% ± 10%. Untuk pengambilan data perhitungan beban pendinginan dan sistem penerangan akan dibagi menjadi 3 waktu, yaitu pada pagi hari jam 08.00-09.00, siang hari jam 13.00-14.00 dan pada sore hari jam 15.00-16.00. Kondisi eksisting sistem pengkondisian udara pada lantai 6 A yaitu Indoor unit berkapasitas total 290.200,00 Btu/hr dengan kapasitas maksimal Outdoor unit yaitu 306.000 Btu/hr, kondisi eksisting pada lantai 7 A sama dengan 6A. Sedangkan kondisi eksisting sistem penkondisian udara pada lantai 7 B yaitu indoor unit berkapasitas total 334.800 Btu/hr dengan kapasitas maksimal Outdoor Unit yaitu 363.375,04 Btu/hr. Lalu untuk sistem penerangan pada lantai 6 A yaitu 192,83 Lux pada mushola, 144 Lux pada ruang rapat, 372,16 Lux pada ruang kepala, 372,16 Lux pada ruang wakil kepala, 69,41 Lux pada ruang utama, 664,15 Lux pada ruang ME dan 31 Lux pada Lobby. Untuk lantai 7 A kondisi sistem penerangan eksisting sama seperti lantai 6 A. Sedangkan untuk kondisi eksisting sistem penerangan pada lantai 7B yaitu 194,97 Lux pada ruang laboratorium, 1086,234 Lux pada ruang kerja laboratorium, 1.482,27 Lux pada ruang kerja utama, 349,52 Lux pada ruang utama dan 47,78 Lux pada Lobby 7B================================================================From State Power Data statistics in 2015 reached 202.845,82 GWh and in 2016 reached 216.004,32 GWh or could be increased 6,49% from the previous year. The higher energy demand is not balanced with large energy supplies. This condition causes the value of energy increasingly high so that the use of effective and efficient energy is needed. In accordance with Presidential Instruction No. 13 of 2011 on energy savings, it is necessary to do the initial step of energy saving which is to evaluate the need of electric energy in educational institution. Therefore, by evaluating the energy requirements of air conditioning systems and lighting systems will provide recommendations to increase energy saving opportunities on the 6th and 7th Floors of ITS Research Center Building Surabaya. In air conditioning, cooling load calculations refer to the SNI-03-6390-2011 method of Cooling Load Temperature Difference (CLTD). In lighting system refers to SNI 03-6575-2001 standard on artificial lighting system design procedure. The design conditions of the room are based on a comfort zone for ASHRAE standards with a dry ball temperature of 25oC ± 1oC and a relative humidity of 60% ± 10%. For the collection of cooling load calculation data and lighting system will be divided into 3 time, that is in the morning at 08.00-09.00, noon at 13.00-14.00 and in the afternoon at 15.00-16.00. Existing condition of air conditioning system on 6th floor A is Indoor unit with total capacity 290.200 Btu / hr with maximum capacity Outdoor unit that is 306.000 Btu / hr, existing condition on floor 7 A equal to 6A. While the existing condition of air conditioning system on the 7th floor B is indoor unit with a total capacity of 334.800 Btu / hr with maximum capacity of Outdoor Unit is 363.375,04 Btu / hr. Then for the lighting system on the 6th floor A is 192.83 Lux at the mosque, 144 Lux in the conference room, 372.16 Lux in headroom, 372.16 Lux on deputy head room, 69,41 Lux in main room, 664,15 Lux in the ME and 31 Lux rooms of the Lobby. For 7th floor A condition of existing lighting system is same as 6th floor A. As for the condition of the existing lighting system on the floor 7B is 194.97 Lux in the laboratory space, 1.086,234 Lux in the laboratory workspace, 1.482,27 Lux in the main workspace, 349.52 Lux in the main room and 47.78 Lux on the Lobby 7B.
