Abstract

Gedung Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Jawa Timur adalah gedung asrama milik pemerintah dinas Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Jawa Timur yang berlokasi di Jl. Ketintang Wiyata Po Box I, Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode cast in situ. Gedung eksisting ini terdiri dari 6 lantai tipikal, namun dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan sejumlah 10 lantai dengan tambahan 4 lantai sebagai kamar tidur. Pada proyek tugas akhir terapan ini akan didesain dengan menggunakan metode pracetak pada elemen struktur balok dan pelat serta menggunakan sistem struktur metode SRPMK (Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus) dikarenakan berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration Test (SPT), didapatkan bahwa gedung dibangun diatas tanah dengan kondisi tanah lunak dan memenuhi kategori desain seismic (KDS) tipe D. Hasil Perencanaan Gedung Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Jawa Timur ini meliputi ukuran pelat dengan tebal 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 30/60, dimensi balok anak 30/40, dan dimensi kolom 60x60 cm. Sambungan antar elemen pracetak menggunakan sambungan basah dan konsol pendek. ================================================================================================= East Java Quality Assurance Institution Building is a boarding house owned by the government of East Java Quality Education Service Agency located on Jl. Ketintang Wiyata Po Box I, Surabaya by using cast in situ method. The existing building consists of 6 typical floors, but in this final project will be planned a number of 10 floors with an additional 4 floors as a bedroom. In this final project will be designed by using precast method on structural elements of beams and plates and using system structure method of SMF (Special Moment Frame) due to the result of Standart Penetration Test (SPT), it is found that the building is built on ground with soft soil condition and included the category of seismic design type D. The results of East Java Quality Assurance Institution Planning include the size of plate with 12 cm thick, 30/60 primary beam dimension, 30/40 secondary beam dimension, and 60x60 cm column dimension. Connection between precast elements using wet connection and short console.
