Abstract

Bangunan Gedung Medik Rumah Sakit Siti Khadijah terletak di Jl. Pahlawan No.260, Bebekan, Taman – Sepanjang. Bangunan tersebut terdiri atas 6 lantai dan 1 lantai basement. Setelah dilakukan percobaan beberapa kali, permodelan dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus saja dapat memenuhi persyaratan kontrol gaya geser gempa, kontrol periode fundamental struktur dan kontrol simpangan antar struktur. Oleh karena itu, desain struktur yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan modifikasi dengan perubahan jumlah lantai dari keadaan eksisting yaitu 6 lantai dan 1 lantai basement menjadi 8 lantai dan 1 lantai basement dengan penambahan 2 lantai. Perhitungan dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Proses dalam perhitungan struktur meliputi analisa pembebanan, permodelan struktur, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, serta cek persyaratan elemen struktur. Untuk analisa gempa dalam perancangan ini digunakan desain respon spektrum. Tujuan dari tugas akhir terapan ini adalah mampu merencanakan struktur gedung beton bertulang dengan metode sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013, dan SNI 2847:2013. Dari hasil perhitungan, dimensi struktur atas terdiri dari pelat lantai dengan tebal 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 50 cm x 70 cm, dimensi balok anak 35 cm x 50 cm, dimensi kolom utama 85 cm x 85 cm, dimensi kolom tepi 70 cm x 70 cm.

Medical Building in Siti Khadijah Hospital is located on Sepanjang Street Number 260, Bebekan, Taman - Sepanjang. The building consists of 6 floors and 1 basement floor. After several experiments, modeling with a special moment resisting frame system can sufficient the requirements of earthquake shear control measures, control the fundamental periods of the structures and the control of inter-structural deviations. Therefore, the design of the structure is done by using a special moment resisisting frame system. In this final project will be modified by changing the number of floors from the existing state of the 6 floors and 1 basement floor to 8 floors and 1 basement floor with the addition of 2 floors. Calculations and earthquakes refer to the applicable regulations. Processes in the calculation of structures include load analysis, structural modeling, inner force analysis, reinforcement calculations, and checks of structural elements requirements. For the seismic analysis in this design is used spectrum response design. The objective of this final project applied is to be able to plan the structure of reinforced concrete buildings with special moment resisting frame method based on SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 1727: 2013, and SNI 2847: 2013. By the calculation, the upper structure dimension consists of platform by 12 cm thick, the dimension of the main beam is 50 cm x 70 cm, the dimension of the beam is 35 cm x 50 cm, the dimension of main column is 85 cm x 85 cm and the dimension of column is 70 cm x 70 cm.
