Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir berjudul Perencanaan Struktur Bangunan Ruko 4 Lantai Dengan Metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) menggunakan gedung ruko yang berlokasi di Kota Sumenep. Proyek ini didesain awal 3 lantai, namun untuk keperluan tugas akhir, dihitung kembali dengan data tanah Kota Sumenep dan diperoleh kategori desain seismik C, sehingga digunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) dengan catatan jumlah lantai diubah menjadi 4. Metodologi pengerjaan tugas akhir diawali dengan pengumpulan data, gambar arsitektur dan struktur, data tanah, serta literatur yang digunakan. Kemudian menentukan sistem struktur, menghitung preliminary design, dan dilakukan analisis, diantaranya analisis pembebanan, struktur sekunder primer. Selanjutnya cek persyaratan, apabila tidak memenuhi, maka menentukan kembali preliminary design. Berdasarkan perhitungan terdapat 2 jenis pelat (pelat lantai dan atap) dengan ketebalan 12 cm dan menggunakan Ø8 dan Ø10. Pelat tangga dan bordes menggunakan diameter D13(arah X) dan D16 (arah Y). Sloof menggunakan tulangan puntir diameter D13, tulangan lentur diameter D19, dan tulangan geser diameter Ø12. Balok induk terdapat 3 tipe, menggunakan tulangan puntir diameter D13, tulangan lentur diameter D22, dan tulangan geser diameter Ø12. Terdapat 2 tipe balok anak, menggunakan tulangan puntir diameter D13, tulangan lentur diameter D16, dan tulangan geser diameter Ø10. Kolom menggunakan tulangan lentur diameter D19 dan tulangan geser diameter Ø10. Pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang berdiameter 45 cm dengan kedalaman 27,5 m berjumlah 42 buah yang berisikan 2 buah per kolomnya. Terdapat 1 tipe pile cap (2,4 m x 1,2 m x 0,5 m) menggunakan tulangan lentur D19 (arah X dan Y). ================================================================================================== Preparation of the final project titled Structure Redesign of 4 Floors Shophouse Using Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System Method is using the shophouse located in Sumenep. The project was designed early 3rd floor. But for the final project, recalculated with ground data acquired Sumenep and seismic design category C, so that the structure of the system used Intermediate Moment Frame System Method (SRPMM) with a record number of floors was changed to 4. Methodology this final project begins with data collection, image architecture and structure, soil data, as well as the literature used. Then determine the structure of the system, calculate the preliminary design and analysis, including the analysis of loading, secondary structures and primary structures. Once that is done check the requirements, if it does not comply, then determine the preliminary design back. Based on the calculation results; There are 2 types of plate (plate floor and roof) with a thickness of 12 cm and using Ø8 and Ø10. At the plate stairs and landing using diameter D13 (direction X) and D16 (direction Y). Sloop using torsional reinforcement diameter D13, D19 diameter flexural and shear reinforcement diameter Ø12. The master beam, there are 3 types, use torsional reinforcement diameter D13, D22 diameter flexural and shear reinforcement diameter Ø12. There are 2 types of secondary beam, use torsional reinforcement diameter D13, D16 diameter flexural and shear reinforcement diameter Ø10. Column using a D19 diameter flexural and shear reinforcement diameter Ø10. The foundation uses a pile of 45 cm diameter with a depth of 27.5 m, amounting to 42 pieces containing 2 pieces per column. There is one type of pile cap (2.4 m x 1.2 m x 0.5 m) using bending reinforcement D19 (X and Y direction).
