Abstract

Pembangunan Saluran Diversi Gunungsari terletak di Jl. Babat Jerawat – Jl. Sememi, Benowo, Surabaya. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan saluran diversi ini terdiri dari beberapa komponen bangunan yang harus dibangun diantaranya adalah saluran utama sepanjang 2,31 km menggunakan box culvert dipasang 2 sel pada STA 0+000.0 s/d STA 0+591.6 dengan penggabungan menggunakan sistem las dan pemasangan 1 sel pada STA 0+591.6 s/d STA 2+694, saluran tepi u-ditch, jalan aspal, jalan inspeksi menggunakan paving K-350, median taman dan penerangan jalan, pintu air dan gorong-gorong. Pada gambar perencanaan saluran diversi tidak di jelaskan mengenai metode pelaksanaan konstruksi sehingga kontraktor harus membuat “panduan” cara mewujudkan gambar teknis perencanaan tersebut menjadi pekerjaan atau kegiatan nyata di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam pembuatan paduan pelaksanaan proyek Saluran Diversi Gunungsari berdasarkan survey di lapangan yang dilakukan ketika penulis sedang menjalani kerja praktik. Penulis melakukan wawancara terhadap kontraktor dan pihak terkait untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai realisasi pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan saluran diversi. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan studi literatur sebagai dasar teori untuk beberapa item pekerjaan di lapangan. Kata kunci : Metode pelaksanaan, saluran diversi, box culvert. ========================================================= The development of the Gunungsari Diversion Channel is located on Jl. Babat Jerawat - Jl. Sememi, Benowo, Surabaya. In the implementation of the construction of this diversion channel consists of several building components that must be built among them is the main channel along the 2.31 km using box culvert installed 2 cells in STA 0 + 000.0 s / d STA 0 + 591.6 with merging using welding system and installation of 1 cell at STA 0 + 591.6 s / d STA 2 + 694, u-ditch edge channel, asphalt road, inspection road using K-350 paving stone, median garden and street lighting, sluice and culvert. In the diagram of planning the diversion channel is not explained on the method of construction implementation so that the contractor must make a "guide" how to realize the technical drawing of the plan into real work or activity in the field. The method used by the author in making alloy project implementation Diversion Channel Gunungsari based on field surveys conducted while the author is undergoing apprenticeship. The authors conducted interviews with contractors and related parties to obtain information on the realization of the implementation of diversion channel development project.
