Abstract

Banyak industri yang menggunakan sistem pneumatik dalam proses produksi. Salah satu pengaplikasian sistem pneumatik yaitu pada sistem pengemasan produksi teh tawar. Pada sistem pengemasan produksi teh tawar ini memiliki tiga proses yaitu peletakan gelas secara manual, pengisian gelas dan proses pengepresan menggunakan system pneumatic. Cara kerja dari plant pengemasan ini yaitu gelas diletakkan diatas konveyor, gelas yang telah diletakkan akan berjalan ke proses pengisian yang dimana terdapat dua sensor proximity inframerah E18-D80NK yang berfungsi untuk menghentikan conveyor, membuka/menutup solenoid valve serta mendeteksi tinggi air pada gelas. Setelah proses pengisian, gelas akan masuk ke proses pengepresan yang dimana terdapat sensor proximity inframerah E18-D80NK, dua directional control valve 5/2 dan tiga silinder pneumatic kerja ganda. Silinder pneumatic yang digunakan memiliki ukuran bore 16mm dengan panjang stroke 150mm. Waktu rata-rata yang dibutuhkan waktu secara keseluruhan untuk tiap satu kali pengemasan gelas adalah 34,39 s Kata kunci : Pengemasan, Sistem pneumatik, sensor proximity, mikrokontroler Atmega 16 ============================================================ Many industries use pneumatic systems in the production process. The application of pneumatic system is on packing system of fresh tea production. In the packaging system of fresh tea production has three processes: the laying of the glass manually, charging glass and pressing process using pneumatic system. The operation of this packaging plant is a glass placed on the conveyor, the glass that has been placed will run into the filling process where there are two E18-D80NK infrared proximity sensors that work to stop the conveyor, open / close the solenoid valve and detect the water level in the glass. After the filling process, the glass will go into a pressing process where there are E18-D80NK infrared proximity sensor, two 5/2 directional control valves and three pneumatic dual-cylinder working. The pneumatic cylinder used has a bore size of 16mm with a stroke length of 150mm.
