Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan miniplant PLTB yaitu Turbin angin tipe Darrieus 3 Bilah pada smart class room dengan menggunakan Motor Servo AC yang telah dikonversikan menjadi DC. yang didesain dengan menggunakan aplikasi SolidWorks dengan ukuran total 140 x 35 x 35 cm yang bergerak menggunakan energi angin. Turbin angin tipe darrieus memerlukan kerangka yang kuat untuk menahan beban ketika diterpa angin,sehingga perlu dilakukan perhitungan gaya pada kerangka agar menghindari kerangka turbin patah atau bengkong.Pada kerangka ini didapatkan nilai minimal lebar kerangka adalah 〖9,57.10〗^(-6) m dan luas as drat kerangka adalah 〖0,021.10〗^(-6) 〖 m〗^2. Turbin darrieus memiliki 1 kerangka atas dan 1 kerangka bawah dengan dimensi kerangka atas 13,5x1,5x40 cm dan kerangka bawah 35x35x100 cm, Perancangan ini menggunakan sprocket rasio perbandingan 1 : 2 untuk motor dan as turbin untuk menaikkan kecepatan putar (RPM) Turbin. Perancangan ini menghasilkan turbin darrieus yang dapat bergerak sesuai arah terpa angin. ==================================================================================================== Have done the design of mechanical system on miniplant structure of PLTB that is the type of wind turbine Darrieus 3 Blades on smart class room using AC Servo Motor which has been converted into DC. Which is design using SolidWorks Application with a total Size of 140 x 35 x 35 cm that travels using wind energy. The darrieus type wind turbine requires a strong frame to withstand loads when it its in the wind,so it is necessary to calculate the force on the frame in order to avoid the fracture of the turbine will break and arch. This frame have a minimum width is 〖9,57.10〗^(-6) m and the axle width the as drat is 〖0,021.10〗^(-6) 〖 m〗^2. The Darrieus turbine have 1 upper frame and 1 down frame which has dimensional upper frame is 13.5x1.5x40 cm,and dimensional down frame is 35x35x100 cm. This design uses a 1 : 2 ratio sprocket for the motor and turbine axle to raise turbine speed (RPM). This design produces a darrieus turbine that can move in direction of the wind.
