Abstract

Intelektual manusia merupakan sebuah investasi dalam membangun dunia. Manusia merupakan makhluk yang selalu berfikir dengan otak sepanjang hayatnya. Otak terdiri dari kompleksitas sistem saraf yang mengandung lebih dari seratus miliar neuron dan masing – masing neuron memiliki rata-rata 7000 koneksi sinaptik dan sekitar 500 triliun sinapsis yang terkoneksi melalui medium indra. Unsur dasar intelektual kognitif 50% pada otak merupakan indrawi visual, yang kemudian indrawi ini mengarah kepada spesifikasi visual konfigurasi terpapar. Konfigurasi ini mempunyai parameter dalam mendesain yaitu tinjauan spasial dan pencahayaan alami pada Bangunan. Hal tersebut merespons kebutuhan fungsional hunian generasi Homelander yang lahir pada tahun 2005 keatas mempunyai kecenderungan sering menghabiskan waktu dirumah dan ketergantungan dengan alat digital yang menimbulkan dampak negatif, mempengaruhi daya pikir dan penurunan intelektual kognitif seiring perkembangan syaraf pada otak. Proyek ini ditunjang dengan Metode Desain diantaranya Research sebagai pencapaian kumpulan data parameter dan sumbernya, serta Interweaving, Repetition dan Rotation metode penyusun massa yang secara efektif diterapkan pada elemen desain Kondominium. Terapan zoning acak menghasilkan setiap unit dengan luasan ekonomi yang berbeda memanifestasikan kualitas yang relatif sama. Denah menukik menciptakan berbagai sudut binar dan pandangan kemeruangan luar yang spektakuler. Podium berkontur kompleks bersamaan dengan gubahan massa jamak memicu aktivasi sel-sel pada sulkus lingual masyarakat sekitar yang menjadikan Kondominium merespon kondisi eksisting. Fasad kaca up down left right view mewujudkan penghuni dapat mengeksplor pandangan ke segala arah dengan jarak pandang yang lebih luas, serta instalasi hollow light pipe dan atrium di desain sebagai pencahaayan alami area ruang dan koridor bentang lebar yang tidak maksimal tersinari cahaya alami. Batasan kekuatan struktur pun menjadi sesuatu yang tereksplor guna menunjang capaian yang ada. Setiap elemen desain diputuskan berdasarkan parameter terpapar yang secara tegas merealisasikan keintegrasian secara menyeluruh. =================================================================================================== Humans are creatures who constanly use their brain to think throughout life. The human brain contains more than one hundred billion neurons, and each neuron has in average 7000 synaptic connections. That amounts to the staggering fact that each one of us has roughly 500 trillion synapses. Complexity and plasticity of human brain affect architecture design with emphasis of human sensory, that can lead to explore of certain design. Human’s sensory is a connector between the outer boundary of the body and internal organ such as brain nerves. Close on 50% of the basic cognitive intellectual elements of brain shapes human’s individual experience using visual sensory. Visual sensory leads to visual specifications of exposed configuration. This configuration has design parameters of spatial cognition and natural lighting on building. These things respond the need of fuctional dwelling of homelander generations, one who was born in 2005 above. This generations has tendency to spend time at home and depency to gadgets which evokes negative effects. Those effect can affect their ability to think and the decreasing of cognitive intellectuals as the brain nerves growth. This project is supported by the Design Method such as Research, Interweaving, Repetition and Rotation methods that are effectively applied to the design elements of the Condominium. Applied zoning randomly generates each unit with different economic extents manifesting a relatively similar quality. The diving scheme creates a variety of twinkling angles and spectacular outer perfusion views. The complex contoured podium and the plurality of plural mass triggers the activation of cells in the lingual sulcus of the surrounding community that makes the Condominium respond to the existing conditions. The facade of the glass up down left right view embodies the inhabitants can explore the view in any direction with wider viewing distance, as well as the installation of hollow light pipe and atrium in the design as a natural light area of space and corridor width, that is not maximal exposed to natural light. The limitation of structural strength becomes something that is explored to support the achievement. Each design element is decided on the basis of exposed parameters that explicitly realize overall integration whole building.
