Abstract

Generator set merupakan suatu alat yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan energi atau daya listrik. Daya listrik yang dihasilkan oleh generator set digunakan untuk menyuplai kebutuhan listrik beban yang dalam tugas akhir ini adalah lampu. Range daya yang mampu dihasilkan oleh generator set antara 100-1200 watt. Genset ini di modifikasi karena bahan bakar yang dipakai yaitu biogas dan bensin. Adapun sistem monitoring ini bertujuan untuk mengamati nilai Air Fuel Ratio yang diketahui dari nilai flowrate yang di monitoring. Daya yang dihasilkan oleh generator set dipengaruhi oleh campuran antara udara dan bahan bakar. Generator set yang digunakan adalah generator set dual fuel. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) dual fuel yaitu 1 : 3,16 ketika generator set tanpa beban Selain itu, kestabilan daya yang dihasilkan oleh generator set juga dipengaruhi oleh mass flowrate bahan bakar yang diinjeksikan kedalam ruang bakar. Dari hasil simulasi saat diberikan set point daya 1000 watt, didapatkan nilai mass flowrate udara 0,20 L/min,mass flowrate biogas 0,13 L/min, dan dengan mass flowrate bensin konstan 0,13 L/min. Sedangkan saat diberikan set point daya 100 watt, didapatkan nilai mass flowrate udara 0,92 L/min, mass flowrate biogas 2,83 L/min dan mass flowrate bensin0,13 L/min. ====================================================================================================== Generator set is a tool used to produce energy or electrical power. The electrical power produced by the generator set are used to supply the electricity needs of the load in this final task is the lights. Range of the power produced by the generator set between 100-1200 Watts. This modification in the Genset because the fuel used i.e. petrol and biogas. As for the monitoring system aims to find the value of the Air Fuel Ratio is known from the flowrate value in monitoring.The power produced by the generator sets are influenced by a mixture of air and fuel. Generator set generator set used are dual fuel. From the results of this research obtained the response is stable with 0% overshoot value and error is below 2%. In addition, obtained also the value of the Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) dual fuel 1 : 3,16. In addition, the stability of the power produced by the generator set is also influenced by the mass flowrate of fuel to be injected into the combustion chamber. From the results of the simulation when the given set point power 1000 watt, obtained a value of mass flowrate of air 0,20, biogas flowrate mass 0.13 L/min, and with the mass flowrate gasoline constant 0.13L/min. Whereas when given set point power 100 watt, obtained the value of the mass flowrate of air 0.92 L/min, biogas flowrate mass 2,83 L/min and mass flowrate of gasoline 0.13 L/min
