Abstract

Jalan tol merupakan fasilitas transportasi yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk memperlancar lalu lintas daerah dan meningkatkan mobilitas orang dan barang demi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Jalan tol sendiri memiliki gerbang tol yang merupakan tempat proses pelayanan transaksi tol terjadi. Gerbang tol terdiri dari beberapa gardu tol yang merupakan ruang bagi pengumpul tol untuk melaksanakan tugas nya. Sistem yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengumpulan tol pada saat ini yaitu sistem gardu tol otomatis (GTO, dan On Board Unit (OBU). Namun, jalan tol yang berfungsi sebagai jalan bebas hambatan juga sering mengalami kemacetan yang disebabkan oleh panjangnya antrian di gerbang tol karena jauhnya perbandingan antara gardu tol yang beroperasi dengan jumlah kendaraan yang yang masuk ke jalan tol.
Metodologi yang digunakan sebagai disiplin antrian adalah First In First Out dan Single Channel-Single Server sebagai struktur antrian pada perencanaan gerbang tol ini. Serta mempertimbangkan gerbang tol otomatis dan On Board Unit. Perencanaan gerbang tol Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar, merencanakan jumlah gerbang tol yang optimum dalam segi panjang antrian dan tingkat pelayanan untuk tahun 2019 dan 2030.
Hasil dari perencanaan gerbang tol Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar tahun 2019 gerbang tol Wringin Anom untuk arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 1 gardu tol otomatis khusus golongan I, 2 gardu tol otomatis, dan 1 gardu On Board Unit, untuk Kedamean, Cerme, Bunder dan Manyar untuk arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 1 gardu tol otomatis khusus golongan I, 1 gardu tol otomatis dan 1 gardu On Board Unit. Pada tahun 2030, gerbang tol Wringin anom untuk arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 2 gardu tol otomatis khusus golongan I, 3 gardu tol otomatis dan 1 gardu On Board Unit. Gerbang tol Kedamean, Cerme dan Bunder untuk arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 1 gardu tol otomatis khusus golongan I, 1 gardu tol otomatis dan 1 gardu tol On Board Unit. Gerbang tol Manyar untuk arah masuk dan keluar terdapat 2 gardu tol otomatis khusus golongan I, 3 gardu tol otomatis dan 1 gardu tol On Board Unit

Toll road is a transport facility built with the aim of expediting regional traffic and increasing the mobility of people and goods for the sake of regional economic growth. The toll road itself has a toll gate which is where the toll transaction service process takes place. The toll gate consists of several toll booths which are a space for toll collectors to carry out their duties. The current system for toll collection is the automatic toll booth system (GTO) and On Board Unit (OBU). But toll roads function as freeways also often experience congestion caused by the length of the queue at the toll gate as far as comparison between toll booths that operate with the number of vehicles that enter the toll road. The methodology used as a queue discipline is First In First Out and Single Channel-Single Server as the queue structure at this toll gate planning. As well as considering automatic toll booth and On Board Unit. Planning for the Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar toll gate, plan the optimum number of toll gates in terms of queue length and service levels for 2019 and 2030.
The result of the planning of the Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar toll gate 2019 Wringin Anom toll gate for the incoming and outgoing directions there is 1 class I-type automatic toll booths, 2 automatic toll booths and 1 On Board Unit, for Kedamean, Cerme, Bunder and Manyar toll gate for incoming and outgoing directions there is 1 class I-type automatic toll booth, 1 automatic toll booth and 1 On Board Unit. In 2030, Wringin anom toll gate for incoming and outgoing directions there are 2 class I-type automatic toll booths, 3 automatic toll booths and 1 On Board Unit. Kedamean, Cerme and Bunder toll gate for incoming and outgoing directions there is 1 class I-type automatic toll booth, 1 automatic toll booth and 1 On Board Unit. Manyar toll gate for incoming and outgoing directions are 2 class I-type automatic toll booths, 3 automatic toll booths and 1 On Board Unit toll booth
