Abstract

Setiap proyek konstruksi idealnya melakukan perencanaan tata letak lapangan untuk menunjang kinerja dalam proyek. Perencanaan tata letak fasilitas lapangan yang baik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penentuan tata letak fasilitas lapangan menggunakan variabel fungsi obyektif Traveling Distance (TD) dan Safety Index (SI).
Letak fasilitas lapangan yang optimal dapat ditentukan dengan meminimalkan jarak antar fasilitas (TD) dan juga meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja (SI). Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) merupakan gambaran hubungan keterkaitan antar fasilitas yang digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan pemindahan tata letak. Pada penelitian ini pemindahan tata letak dilakukan sebanyak empat skenario, dengan masing- masing skenario dicari nilai TD dan SI nya serta menggunakan ARC sebagai alasan dilakukannya pemindahan.
Berdasarkan analisis, hasil nilai Traveling Distance (TD) paling minimum terletak pada skenario 2 sebesar 4074,4 meter dengan mengalami penurunan sebesar 7,68% dan nilai Safety Index (SI) paling minimum terletak pada skenario 4 sebesar 613,5558 atau dengan mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,12 % dari kondisi eksisting.

Each construction project always develop site layout plan to support project performance. A good site layout planning can improve work productivity in. This research use Traveling Distance (TD) and Safety Index (SI) objective function to determine site layout of project facilities.
Optimal site layout is determine by minimizing distance among facilites (TD) and also minimize risk accident (SI). Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) is a description of interdependency among facilities, used as a guide to swap project facilities location.
In this research, there are four scenarios of site layout which has TD and SI value for each scenarios. Project facilities at each scenarios are swapped based on ARC guidance.
Obtained the most minimum traveling distance value lies in scenario 2 of 4074.4 meters with a decrease of 7.68% and the minimum safety index value lies in scenario 4 of 613,5558 or by decreasing by 1.12% from the existing condition .
