Abstract

Turbin uap merupakan salah satu komponen penting pada pembangkit listrik tenaga uap. Jika turbin uap dioperasikan terus menerus, maka bukan tidak mungkin akan menyebabkan penurunan performanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perawatan untuk meningkatkan atau menstabilkan performa dari turbin uap agar dapat berkerja secara optimal. Perawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan performa turbin uap yaitu dengan Overhaul yang biasanya dilakukan setahun sekali. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari overhaul, perlu dilakukannya analisa perbandingan performa sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya overhaul. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan perhitungan efisiensi siklus sebelum dan setelah Overhaul di PLTU Unit 4 PT. PJB UP Gresik. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh peningkatan efisiensi siklus sebesar 1,5%. =========================================================================================================================Steam Turbine is one of the excisting component steam power plant. If steam turbine is operated continuously will slowly decrease the performance. Therefore, needed maintenance to increase or stabilize the performance of steam turbine in order to work optimally. Maintenance which can be done to increasing the performance of steam turbine is overhaul in usually do once of a year. To know effect of the overhaul, needed to do performance comparative analysis between before and after done overhaul. In this finally project, the efficiency of the steam turbine system before and after done of overhaul in PLTU Unit 4 PT.PJB UP Gresik will be calculated. From the calculation result is increasing at cycle efficiency of 1,5%.
