Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk membangkitkan tenaga listrik ialah dengan memanfaatkan tenaga uap, biasa di sebut PLTU. Secara umum digunakan mesin boiler untuk PLTU. Pada boiler digunakan beberapa sistem pengendalian untuk menghasilkan kualitas luaran boiler (steam) yang baik. Salah satu pengendalian yang paling krusial ialah sistem pengendalian temperatur, pengendalian ini digunakan agar dapat suhu di dalam steam drum dapat terjaga. Di dalam sistem pengendalian temperatur ada beberapa komponen yang digunakan antara lain sensor termokopel, max6675 sebagai pengkondisi sinyal, controller terprogram atmega 32 kontrol logika fuzzy yang di tampilkan pada LCD 20x4, dan aktuator MoV CWX-15N. Hasil sistem pengendalian temperatur ini controller mampu mengendalikan temperatur dengan setpoint 115C di dapatkan nilai indeks performansi Rise time selama 600 detik, Maximum overshoot 6,09% saat suhu 122C, Error Steady State adalah 1,7% dan Settling time adalah 740 detik atau 12,3 menit.

One way to generate electricity is to utilize steam power, commonly called PLTU. Generally used boiler engine for power plant. In the boiler used several control systems to produce a good quality of boiler output (steam). One of the most crucial controls is the temperature control system, this control is used so that the temperature inside the steam drum can be maintained. In the temperatur control system there are several components that are used, among others, thermocouple sensor, max6675 as signal conditioner, programmable controller atmega 32 fuzzy logic control which is displayed on 20x4 LCD, and MoV actuator. The result of this temperature controller controller able to control temperatur with setpoint 115C in get Rise time performance index value for 600 seconds, Maximum overshoot 6,09% when temperatur 122C, Error Steady State is 1,7% and settling time is 740 seconds or 12 minutes 3 seconds.
