Abstract

PDAM Lamongan merupakan salah satu unit usaha milik daerah yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat kota Lamongan. Pada Unit IPA Plosowahyu di PDAM Lamongan mampu mendistribusikan air bersih sekitar 80 l⁄s sampai 90 l⁄s dari 100 l⁄s yang diharapkan. Dalam mendistribusikan air bersih, Unit IPA Plosowahyu di PDAM Lamongan menggunakan double speed pump sebagai mesin konversi energi. Pada tugas akhir ini didapatkan perhitungan ulang impeller pompa sentrifugal dengan head, kapasitas,dan putaran motor yang telah ditentukan. Perhitungan nilai kecepatan spesifik untuk menentukan bentuk impeller, perhitungan daya motor penggerak dan perhitungan dimensi utama pada impeller. Pada analisis dan perhitungan ulang ini didapatkan nilai kecepatan spesifik sebesar 15,06 (roda tekanan tinggi), daya motor penggerak sebesar 118,83 kW, ukuran utama pada impeller pompa sentrifugal dengan diameter poros sebesar 50 mm, tegangan torsi aman bahan poros (SNC2) sebesar 69,413 N/mm^2, diameter mata impeller sebesar 0,206 m, diameter luar impeler sebesar 0,515 m, ( α1= 90 ° ), (β1= 15,79 °), ( α2= 7,18 ° ), ( β2= 38 °), lebar laluan pada sisi masuk sebesar 0,0356 m, lebar laluan pada sisi keluar sebesar 0,016 m, dan jumlah sudu impeller sebanyak 7 buah.=========================== ========================================================= ======PDAM Lamongan is one of the business unit belongs to an area that is engaged in the distribution of clean water for the peoples of the town of Lamongan. On the Unit Plosowahyu in IPA PDAM Lamongan is able to distribute clean water about 80 l/s to 90 l/s of 100 l/s is expected. In distributing clean water, Unit Plosowahyu in IPA PDAM Lamongan using double speed pump as energy conversion machine. In this final project obtained recount impeller centrifugal pumps with head, capacity, and the rotation of the motor. Calculation the specific speed value to determine the shape of the impeller, calculation the driving motor power and calculation of main dimensions on the impeller. In this analysys and recalculation, of these obtained values of specific speed of 15.06 (high pressure wheel), the motor power is 118,83 kW, the primary measure on centrifugal pump impeller with a diameter of shaft 50 mm, torsion shaft materials safe (SNC2) is 69,413 N/〖mm〗^2, diameter eye of impeller is 0,206 m, diameter outside of impeller is 0,515 m, ( α1= 90 ° ), ( β1= 15,79 °), ( α2= 7,18 ° ), (β2= 38 °), the width of passageways on the inlets is 0,0356 m, the width of passageways on the outlets is 0,016 m, and the number of vanes the impeller is 7.
