Abstract
Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa “X” Surabaya merupakan pondok pesantren yang menggabungkan antara pendidikan formal dan agama, pondok ini didirikan khusus bagi mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan di tingkat perguruan tinggi di Kota Surabaya. Namun masalahnya ada banyak santri yang tidak lulus tepat waktu sehingga mengakibatkan mahasiwa baru yang ingin masuk pondok harus menunggu sampai ada kapasitas yang kosong, dan santri yang sudah memiliki ilmu yang diajarkan di pondok harusnya bisa digunakan untuk mengajar di TPQ, yayasan atau pondok-pondok harus tertunda juga, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian dan analisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 128 santri ada 60,41% dari jumlah keseluruhan santri yang lulus tepat waktu. Santri yang tidak lulus tepat waktu mayoritas belum pernah mengkaji Al-Qur’an, belum pernah mengkaji Al-Hadist, persentase kehadiran sedang, nilai IPK sedang, berjenis kelamin perempuan dan berjenjang kuliah S1. Faktor-faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu lulus santri adalah faktor materi Al-Qur’an, persentase kehadiran dan nilai IPK.

Pondok Pesantren "X" Surabaya is a boarding school that combines formal and religious education, this cottage is specially established for students who are studying at the college level in the city of Surabaya. But the problem is there are many students who do not pass the target so that the new students who want to enter the cottage have to wait until there is an empty capacity, and students who already have knowledge taught in the cottage should be used for teaching at TPQ, foundations or lodges should be delayed too, therefore need to do research and analysis by using binary logistic regression method. The result of the research shows that from 128 santri there are 60,41% of them pass not match target. Santri who do not pass the target of the majority have never studied the Qur'an, have never studied Al-Hadist, the percentage of medium attendance, the value of medium GPA, female sex and S1 tiered. Factors that have significant influence on the affect to graduation punctuality santri is the studied the Qur’an, the percentage of attedance and the value of GPA.
